- submit a copy of the primary guest's ID
*primary guest must be 25 years or older.

Pool/Spa Heating:
- There is a fee for the heating of the pool and jacuzzi. Please see detailed pricing below

- December - March: $85/day
- April - June: $65/day
- July - September: $0/day (unless it requires it)
- October - November: $85/day

Security:
Our home has a doorbell video camera. This camera is activated by motion.

Damage Deposit or Damage Waiver Fee: A refundable damage deposit of $500 is required for all bookings. Alternatively, guests have the option to pay a non-refundable damage waiver fee of $35. This deposit or fee is intended to cover any damages or excessive cleaning costs incurred during your stay and will be returned or waived accordingly after inspection of the property upon checkout.

During the summer the thermostat may be locked at a certain temp range and not able to go lower than that range. This is due to the extreme temperatures in the desert. We can’t allow thermostats to be set below this range or we risk the AC unit freezing entirely, and not working during your stay. We apologize in advance, but we can assure you that 72 or 74 degrees will feel AMAZING when it’s over 100 degrees outside.
