First floor has; 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath and Laundry area. 2nd floor features; Open air Kitchen with Living room which leads out to the 2nd floor deck. Enjoy mornings and evenings relaxing and with views of the bay. This floor also has full bath and bedroom. 3rd floor features; 2 more bedrooms and sharing one Full Bath. Home is equipped with an Elevator which stops at Every Floor. There is a door in every bedroom that faces the rear yard whcih opens to the elevator. Great bonus with this home !
