This was exactly what I needed - a perfect place to call home for a longer work trip.

Convenient location!
We chose Sev’s property because it is in my daughter’s neighborhood. The place was recently remodeled and it felt brand new. The place had all the essentials needed - we were able to host a few meals with our daughter and her husband. We especially enjoyed the back patio in the mornings and evenings. No on-site parking but it is not a problem- there is plentiful street parking on the block. The property is set back so street noise is minimal.

Perfect for us!
My daughter, my 6 month-old grandson and I stayed in unit 101 for a week. It was just what we needed. This is a newly built duplex which was very clean and well-furnished. I think we may have been the first guests. The kitchen was thoughtfully equipped with all necessary items. The bed was extremely comfortable as were the linens. We really liked the sweet back patio with chairs and umbrella. The washer and dryer were also appreciated to help us keep up on baby laundry. The heating/cooling system was easy to figure out and run. Shower was very powerful and we loved the thoughtful bath products provided. The house is on a busy street, but we were able to find parking in front and around the corner. The only glitch was that the fridge would turn off, due to an overloaded circuit. We were able to reset by clicking the circuit switch on and off. We let host know, and heard back immediately. This was really a perfect home-away-from-home! We would definitely stay again and highly recommend!
