Camp in style in our private RV on one acre fenced in yard. Bring your dogs and your boat. Public Boat Ramp is one street. Enjoy the day on St. John’s River. You can even pull your boat up to the new restaurant right down the next cove. Firepit, grill, outdoor speaker, and hammock wait for you when you return. Beautiful Oak Trees on the property. Plenty of parking.

Even thought we are in the country, you can drive less than 10 minutes to town where there is A Publix, liqueurs store, Mellow Mushroom, McDonalds, Burger King, Subway, Mexican, Japanese, Local Restaurants like Two Creeks, Gators Dockside, Simones Italian, and more. Fifteen minute drive will take you directly to the Outlet Malls. Downtown St. Augustine And Amphitheater is 25 minute drive.
What makes this property unique
We have wild peacocks in the neighborhood and owls in the trees at night. Amazing ambience.
