Location Location!! This comfortable 3-bedroom home provides furniture, is minutes away from the airport and minutes from Denver! The location allows easy access to the entire metro.

Public transportation is less than a block away with a light rail 3 minutes away! Tons of restaurants, grocery, and retail! 3 off-street parking spots as well as plenty of space on the street with this corner home.

-We require a $100/person security deposit. This will be refunded if there are no issues that come up regarding the hot tub and its proper use, failing to leave behind the garage door opener, and any unforeseen cleaning that may occur due to the guest's stay

-We don’t provide toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner and body soaps. We only have hand soap, dish soap, and laundry soap available for 3-4 washes only. Cleaning supplies are readily available.

At no point in time should the number of individuals present inside the suite go beyond the guest count that was reserved.

This is a tri-level home located on the southeast edge of the Denver metro. There is a neighborhood pool available for use. Please ask host for details regarding the deposit for the key. The home has all the modern amenities, high ceilings and a finished basement for playing games (clue, trivial pursuit and uno) or doing laundry. There is a hot tub available for use in the backyard. The backyard is fenced and the hot tub does have privacy. This hot tub is a gem. There is a front porch with chairs to sit and chat. Blinds on the porch add additional privacy.
