We’re excited you are considering booking your vacation at Casa Azul in the beautiful Hill Country at Lake Buchanan, TX! This home has been updated and is perfect for your family vacation or romantic getaway. When you enter you will see an open floorplan - a great room with living room, dining area, kitchen with bar seating, and a quiet area for reading or relaxing.
The maximum occupancy of Casa Azul is 8 people. The main bedroom has 1 King bed and a large en suite bathroom with separate tub and shower. The second bedroom features a queen bed, and the third bedroom has a queen bed plus 2 bunk beds. The second bathroom is nicely appointed with a bath/shower combination.
Relax on the back view deck with coffee in the morning or drinks in the evening. Take in the view of surrounding hills and mature oak trees . Observe local wildlife including deer, fox, geese, eagles and a variety of birds that call this area home. The large deck has a picnic table seating 8, propane BBQ grill and patio chairs. The deck gates can be closed for the safety of small children or pet. The rear yard has a large fire pit. This 1+ acre property provides plenty of room to enjoy quiet relaxation or outdoor activities. Casa Azul offers guests a tranquil and relaxing experience. Less than 90 minutes from Austin!
NOTE:
• Property requires stairs for access.
• No parties, events or large gatherings.
• No Smoking or vaping
• Free wifi, good for streaming tv or computer work but, not for gaming or heavy use. On occasion, there my be short periods without a signal.
• Dog Friendly (max of two)- $75 for 1st pet, $50 for 2nd, per stay.
• The home is served by a water well. We use it for showering and dish washing. The water is safe, but we recommend bottled water for cooking, drinking making ice and pet.
• Parking for several vehicles is available off the street.
• Due to drought conditions the lake level is down and there is no access or view of the lake at this time. The dock is not accessible.
