4-bedroom 100 year old bungalow in historic Natchez.
This fully restored craftsman home (circa 1900) in historic Natchez invites you to experience true southern living. Enjoy historic antebellum homes, downtown clothing boutiques, gourmet bakeries, coffee bars, antique shops, golf/tennis/pickle ball, museums, farmer's markets, and the Mississippi River bluff. Your entire group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located home. Backyard has fire pit, outdoor seating and BBQ area. Petite Retreat has a quaint front porch with vintage seating to enjoy that morning cup of coffee. The front yard has newly planted “Natchez” white crepe myrtles and the driveway is lined with dark pink crepe myrtles. In the Spring, the entire city is covered in crepe myrtle blooms. The inside is filled with beautiful antique furniture. The kitchen is fully stocked to cook (but we recommend you treat yourself to the delicious restaurants in Natchez while you are here…). Coffee and tea are provided. One bathroom has the original clawfoot tub and comfy robes for your use. The second bathroom has a shower/tub. The bedrooms have custom bedding and extra blankets for those chilly Natchez evenings. And if the temperature is right, enjoy the firepit with s’mores and/or sip of an adult beverage to keep you toasty.

The air conditioner did cool the first night but the owner had a repair man there early the next morning. He added some Freon and it was good from there. The house was wonderful, beds slept well. Bath soap would have been nice but we bought some the second day.
Natchez is a fun town to visit and this was a nice place to stay. Our only minor issue was that the tub was difficult to get in and out of (we're in our 70s). But they are putting in a 2nd bathroom, which will be more convenient.
This 1930's bungalow home is cute, well maintained, comfortable and conveniently located to the Natchez historical sites. Comfortable beds in the bedrooms and two bathrooms with great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Nice kitchen, living room and dinning room. Great parking on the side of the home and easy additional street parking in front of the home. The home is Pet friendly. The only addition that would be nice would be a fully fenced in back yard for pets. The communication with the owner was easy, timely and helpful. Access to the home was easy and as directed. Our stay was very pleasant. Thank you to the owner for allowing us to stay in her very nice home.
This was a beautiful home, extremely clean and owners were very responsive. Only negative I can say was an issue with the air conditioner. The owners did take initiative to get it fixed and were very kind. This home was in a great neighborhood where I felt safe with my family.
I grew up in Natchez and my family has been here for generations. I come back every few months to visit family. We’ve tried a lot of options for accommodations and this is the best one to date! The location is perfect, the home is lovely, and the owners are very professional. Everything was sparkling clean, the furniture is comfortable, the kitchen is well appointed, and there was room to spread out. Also, they had all the extra touches (comfy robes, coffee pods, linen spray) that I usually expect from a fancy hotel room. 10/10 recommended from a Natchez native and trust me, I’ve tried a lot of the options for accommodation. If you’re coming to Natchez, this is the perfect home for your stay. Not only will I be back, I’ll be recommending this house to everyone who needs a place to stay.
