When you first walk in the door, you are greeted with a bright and spacious kitchen with a dining area AND a beautiful Lake Martin view of the water! The main level has a king master suite, a half bath close to the kitchen, and a large living room area with a wood burning fireplace for cozy nights. Just beyond the living space is a breathtaking veranda looking out over the water with a bed swing and rocking chairs to sip margaritas on. If you're craving a cheeseburger in paradise, the veranda also has a grill with a dining area and stone fireplace for extra outdoor ambiance. With so many lake hot spots close by, bringing your boat to Changes In Latitude should be a no-brainer! Just tie up your boat on the private boat dock when you're done with your day on the water.
The top floor of this home has 3 bedrooms with queen size beds in each, 2 bathrooms, AND a loft bunk room with 4 bunks. And get this - each bunk is equipped with its own TV! There are plenty of games and activities to keep everyone in your group entertained. You will definitely want to make Changes In Latitude a repeat vacation spot for years to come.
