Beautiful area, house needs TLC

The house is spacious and in a beautiful location. However, the house lacks coziness. It felt like the house had been well lived in and someone just up and moved, only leaving basic furniture. There is no decor, not even on the walls. The house needs some TLC, including a deep cleaning and painting scuffed walls. Kitchen isn’t very well stocked, and had dirty drawers, and cooking supplies. Unfortunately 2 beds had dirty sheets. Thankfully the washing machine was available. The house could use some additional outside furniture to be able to enjoy it the beautiful area. There are people living in part of the house and this is not mentioned in the listing. This made guests uncomfortable as it seemed like they may have had access via a door that locked from their side.
