Nice but needed attention
We did enjoy our stay! The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood that is well kept. The inside of the house for the most part is up to date and clean. As renters we have a few suggestions that would greatly impress future guests and encourage return renters. These are meant to be helpful! 1. Yard and flower beds needed attention. 2. The “Welcome Book” is a great idea but has extremely light print and difficult to read font. Also the WiFi information is shown in all CAPS, which is incorrect. There was information about recycling, but no available bin. 3. User directions for the TV's needed. 4. While we were there, the ice maker quit working. I'm sure this has been repaired by now. 5. For guests it would be very nice to have newer towels, bath mats and a small travel bath soap in both bathrooms (tub area). 6. The third bedroom is very dark and has no decor. 7. Carpet needed professional cleaning. Thank you for sharing your cottage with us. Again, these are hopefully useful ideas.

We absolutely loved everything about this house. Perfect location, close to everything (shopping, restaurants and entertainment). Very clean. Beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay again. 35 minutes to OWA parks

Family getaway
We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was close to Fairhope, Foley and Gulfshores. We would recommend it for visitors to this area. It was well equipped with everything we needed.

Perfect spot for our needs
We booked this house as an alternative to a hotel for a friend who came in town. It met our needs so we could all be under one roof. Home owner was easy to work with and communication was easy.

Comfortable stay!
We had a wonderful stay! The beds and bedding are so comfortable!! The house was perfectly furnished so it was cozy and comfortable but not overcrowded. (Some of our stays have been so decorated that they were not functional.) The kitchen and bathrooms are lovely. Love the little den. Great layout and use of space and furnishings! Thank you for a great home away from home while visiting family!
