Fairfield Bay

Very old, run down condo & updates are desperately needed. Could not see out the windows of the condo, lots of dust , air vent was filthy, spiders in bathroom, dock area nearest our condo was broken down, kids play area broken down, pool area nearest our condo was filthy with broken/rusted/dirty poolside chairs / area. We will not stay at this resort again.

Picture on the verbose website showed a condo on the golf course which influenced us, but we ended up in a condo in the woods near the lake.
