Beautiful view, great layout!

We loved this property! Great location, layout and view. It was so nice being able to watch the sun rise and set from one of the four balcony’and being able to watch sunrises AND sunsets right from the balcony. The layout was perfect!

Spring Break Memories

We were nervous about our 1st trip during Spring Break because we are normally Fall Break Beach people. However, it was perfect for our 1st time! The location was spot on to the beach! There were plenty of beach toys & chairs that were an added bonus to use. The house was well stocked with what our family needed for our trip! We absolutely loved making memories here! Book the trip and make memories!

Winter Beach Getaway

Great views and steps away from the beach. Unit is dog friendly as is Fort Morgan beach. Pictures accurate with good owner communication.

Was an okay stay.

The location is great. Check-in and out was easy. The cleanliness was very lacking. My husband sat on the couch in black pants and had dog hair all over them. We had to vacuum the furniture, I swept and mopped the whole townhome (enough dog hair to make a puppy!), washed the sliding doors to the balcony bc you couldnt see out of them, and had to empty the dishwasher from the last guests. It made me wonder if the sheets were clean even though the beds were made. Overall our stay was good but probably wouldnt stay in this townhome again.

Best November Beach Weekend!

This condo was so peaceful! Dog friendly! Right by the beach, well-stocked, clean, and unique decorations. We can’t wait to return!

Loved the property distance to my chair!

love this area so much - the distance from the condo to my chair was fabulous. The unit itself is showing wear (needs paint, some minor repairs, etc) but I realize this is part of dealing with the humid, salty environment and being a pet-friendly facility. Would definitely stay here again - THANK YOU!!

A Wonderful Beach Stay

We had a fabulous time here. The townhouse was the perfect size for our family and had everything we were looking for including 4 balconies (!!) with views of the water, a fun beachy decor, a pool, and, of course, access to a gorgeous, sugar-sand beach just steps from the door!

Amazing view

Out of all the properties we have rented in the area this one was the best! Our view was amazing, we were extremely close to the ocean. The rental was well stocked with lots of items you typically would need. It had an amazing air conditioner and hot water as well. We definitely will be back.

Nice location

The location and view was amazing. The realty company and owner were very nice and very responsive. If the unit were mine I would hire a professional cleaning company. I have one complaint and it’s not a deal breaker, every other light fixture was missing the bulb! My family loved every minute of it. 2 minutes and your on the beach. I would stay here again! Thanks Reed realty and Jason for letting us stay.

Amazing views!

We chose this rental because of the views and proximity to the beach and we were not disappointed! It was super clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen was well stocked, but lacked a trash can or any trash bags. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels, but bring your own beach towels. They had beach toys and such available too!

Overall great stay for the week

Beach was just steps away. Tons of beach toys and some equipment that was useful to not have to buy all new. The view was spectacular and the beach was not crowded at all during the 4th of July. Only complaint would be that the sofa bed mattress was not very clean. There were clean sheets provided but mattress itself w as in need of replacing. Also there was a coffee pot provided but no pot was found anywhere in the home. Also found broken glass pieces at the edge of the fridgem. Overall great stay and would stay again

Great proximity to the beach

I do not feel that the pictures or reviews relay a clear image of this property. It is a very short walk to the beach, this was the only real perk of staying here. The property was clean when we arrived , no bugs or dust bunnies but it does smell musty like mold or water damage . There was sand on the floor of every room when we arrived but that can be expected. The view from the balcony and living room is fantastic but if you sit on the balcony furniture the height of it leaves with you with a view of the balcony railing only. Pots and pans were sparse & low quality, scratched non-stick surfaces that left me uncomfortable using them to cook for my family. The pull out sofa bed is not level and has dips and humps, I would not count that as a sleeping space for anyone. Everything else was in working order, we certainly appreciated that. This is an old property which has been repaired many times and often poorly. Cracked and loose tiles, poor sheetrock and ceiling repairs, messy caulking, cheap fixes & overlooked details abound. Even with its age a little bit of effort and small cost in amenities would make this stay more comfortable. The pictures portray a condo that is bright white and fresh, this is not the case but it is clean, functional and very close to the beach. Overall we did enjoy our stay but had we been accurately informed would have chosen a nicer place for our daughter's 18th birthday celebration. stupid..theabundant.
