This house was perfect for our group of 8 adults and teenagers. All of us had comfortable beds, the bathrooms were well appointed, the common areas and kitchen were spacious and accommodating. In the age of pandemic, there will limits to what could be provided in terms of linens and toiletries, but we managed the situation well. We could walk to amenities on route 6A, which included a casual eatery, a homestyle bakery, and other restaurants. The beach was about a 10-15 minute walk, right next to the Ocean's Edge Resort. To be honest, the beach dedicated to the neighborhood (Ellis Landing) is not big, and while we were there we encountered several families with small children. For us, this was not ideal, but for families with small children, I imagine that would be a plus. If you are willing to walk a little further, the beach opens up on the other side of Ocean's Edge - with plenty of space and at low tide, infinite space. We spent considerable time on that section and enjoyed it immensely - especially the miles-long walks every morning on the flat sand. It helped that the weather was amazing all week, getting a nice dose of Vitamin D in the heat, and settling back into the air conditioned house every day.
There were a couple of nitpicky things in the house, like low water pressure in the outdoor shower, that could be improved, but hardly impacted our enjoyment of the house.
David Molinari as host was fantastic. He was communicative, thorough, and responsive. This doesn't always happen with VRBO landlords, and I wish they all could follow David's lead on process. I was happy to meet David, and would highly recommend his home to anyone needing to recharge their batteries. Well done, David!
