Lage schön, Unrerkunft okay

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr schön und man kann vom Balkon sogar das Meer bzw den Deich sehen. Die Unterkunft an sich ist aber in die Jahre gekommen und bräuchte eine Grundreinigung. Die Dusche war nicht sauber, der Teppich im Flur sah auch ungesaugt aus und der verlegte Teppich hatte auch viele Flecken. Außerdem gab es kaum Toilettenpapier, die Heizung war runtergedreht und es hat über einen Tag gedauert, bis es warm wurde. Wofür die 75 für die Endreinigung sein sollen, ist uns ein Rätsel. Am schlimmsten empfanden wir aber die Frau, die die Übergabe macht. Sowas von unfreundlich...Die Matratzen sind aber ganz bequem. Ob wir nochmal da buchen würden, wohl eher nicht.

Tolle Wohnung in guter Lage

Die Wohnung ist super gelegen. Nach nur 5 Minuten Fußweg standen wir im Watt :) Die Übergabe war auch problemlos und sehr freundlich. Wir hatten auch das Glück in der Nebensaison gereist zu sein und hatten das hauseigene Schwimmbad fast immer für uns allein. Einzig erwähnenswert ist (wie auch schon in anderen Bewertungen gelesen) die steile und rutschige "Hühnerleiter" zum Schlafzimmer. Unser Dreijähriger ist einmal hinabgestürzt - zum Glück gab es nur einen kleinen Schreck. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung zu 100% weiter. allein.

Aufgrund des schmalen und steilen Treppenaufgangs,sowie den problematischen Ausgang auf den Balkon, ist die Wohnung nur für körperlich fitte Besucher zu empfehlen.

Super gemütlich mit liebevoller Ausstattung.

Wir waren 5 Tage dort, hatten sehr gutes Wetter und konnten vom Balkon aus aufs Meer sehen. Super.

Einfach immer wieder !! Umgebung lädt zum abschalten ein !!! Allerdings rate ich viel Bargeld mitzunehmen. Meist keine EC möglich . Der Grieche dort sehr zu empfehlen 😋. Die Brötchen such lecker . Sonst alles im grünen Bereich 👍..

Saubere Wohnung in toller Lage

Einzig die Treppe nach oben würde ich für kleinere Kinder nicht empfehlen. Das Objekt liegt sehr zentral, toller Blick aufs Meer.

Entspannung pur

Super netter Vermieter. Die Schlüsselübergabe und die Einweisung waren top. Es gab von Frau O. Vor Ort noch Tips für Einkauf, Gastronomie und Freizeitaktivitäten. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht und einen tollen Blick vom Balkon direkt auf Meer. Man kann auch hin und wieder Container--und Kreuzfahrtschiffe beobachten, die in die Weser einfahren.

Gemütliche FeWo in Top-Lage

Sehr gemütliche Ferienwohnung- ideal auch für kleine Familien (wir 2 Erwachsene + 1 Kind). Die Top-Lage mit kurzem Weg zum Deich überzeugt ebenso wie das im Haus gelegene kleine Schwimmbad - so ist auch bei schlechtem Wetter für Spaß gesorgt. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist auch insgesamt top und man findet alles was man braucht. Vom großen Balkon aus kann man gut den Sonnenuntergang beobachten. Insgesamt hat uns die Wohnung und Lage sehr gut gefallen :-)

Tolle Lage

Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt. Die Schlüsselübergabe lief reibungslos. Das Haus hat eine super Ausstattung. Es gibt viele Küchenutensilien, große Auswahl an Spielen und diverse andere nützliche Sachen. Die Wohnung liegt im Dachgeschoss und man hat einen tollen Meerblick. Das Highlight war der Pool im Erdgeschoss. Wenn man etwas bemängeln könnte, wäre es der etwas lieblose Balkon und fehlende Jalousien für den Sommer. Aber alles in allem war es super.

Alles ok!

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön. Sauber, strandnah und schöne Umgebung. Es gibt nur 2 kleine Unannehmlichkeiten. Zum einen ist die Hühnerleiter zum Schlafzimmer für gehbehinderte Mensche etwas mühselig und wenn man in die Dusche möchte sollte man eine Idealfigur haben. Aber trotzdem kommen wir gerne wieder. Nur Windstärke 12 und Dauerregen muß dann nicht nochmal sein.
