Enjoy the convenience of two master suites, each with its en-suite bathroom, providing the utmost privacy for you and your guests. The spacious living area seamlessly flows into the dining and kitchen spaces, creating an inviting atmosphere for gatherings and relaxation. The modern kitchen features high-end appliances, ample storage, and dual, granite countertops. Expansive windows throughout the living area frame panoramic Gulf views, allowing natural light to fill every room.
Two master bedrooms featuring king-sized Sealy IComfort bedding are located on the main floor along with two full bathrooms. Two additional bedrooms are located upstairs and share a hall bathroom with a double vanity. On the peninsula, guests will find the following restaurants: Tacky Jacks 2, Sassy Bass, Coast Restaurant, The Village Hideaway, and The Kiva Grill. Guests can play golf at the Peninsula or at Kiva Dunes. There is an accessible boat launch and marina at the Gulf Shores Marina at Fort Morgan.
