3-story, luxury, family-friendly beach home in Blue Mountain Beach, FL. w/ 6-seater golf cart! Steps from the emerald coast on 30A. 3 public beach accesses less than 1.5 miles away and an easy golf cart ride away!
Our home is spacious for the whole family or big enough to vacation with two families.
- First Floor: spacious second living space w/ pull out queen couch + 2 sets of twin bunk beds and full bath. Garage access to golf cart, air hockey table/beach gear
- Middle Floor: open living, dining and kitchen w/ half bath and laundry room
- Third Floor: 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms
Right out the back door, just down the path is the palm-tree lined community pool with hot tub, fire pit, covered space with grilling essentials and an observation tower with ocean views!
We love the space our home provides, so families feel like they can enjoy and relax during their vacation and not be on top of each other! 3 parking spaces available.
*Minimum age to drive golf cart is 25 years old*
