Cable TV, high-speed wireless internet and local calls are provided free of charge! Access to the Resort, all amenities and Concierge Service Deck are all included free of charge!

Pool doors are equipped with chimed alarms to ensure young children are safe. There is also a safety fence on the deck. Children must be supervised at all times.

A washer & dryer are also provided for free.

Pool/Spa heating is available for an additional charge ($35 per day)

Please note that when you book this home, you will receive a message 7 days before arrival asking to provide the Names and ages of all Drivers for the Security Gate. Please note we can only allow a maximum of 4 vehicles at this home.

Please Note:
A Starter Kit of supplies is provided to get you started upon arrival. Additional supplies may be necessary; we recommend planning a trip to a local grocery store after settling in.


Pool heating is $35 per day, and must be requested and paid in advance. Pool heating is needed for spa to heat up. (Minimum 3-nights required if your stay is shorter)

A Gas BBQ Grill provided free of charge. Guests must clean and empty the drip pan after each use. Guest must replace the gas propane tank if needed.

No commercial or recreational vehicles, including (but not limited to) tractor trailers, cabs, boats, personal watercraft, recreational vehicles, trailers of any kind, including (but not limited to) hitch trailers, 5th wheel trailers, and gooseneck trailers; or any vehicle that is hauled on a trailer can be parked on property overnight.
