One balcony spreads across the width of the home and is furnished with tables and chairs. In addition there is a loft balcony that also overlooks the Gulf of Mexico w/lounger for your enjoyment. Home supports entertaining large families/groups with ease. Four bedrooms/three baths setup to sleep 12.
The 'Four de Leigh' is a family-owned beach house. The owners are natives of Louisiana--Fleur de Lis nation. They have frequented Pensacola Beach for many years and purchased a beach house to make memories with their families and friends and to share with guests the same. The home is a tasteful mix of southern class, fleur de lis and coastal beach living. A beautiful location for Weddings. The 'Four de Leigh's name was established to represent the owners' four daughters all of which bare the middle name 'Leigh'.

Lots of fun

Trip went very smoothly. Andrea was wonderful to work with. Check in and out was simple and the property was excellent...kids spent more time in the pool than the ocean! Will definitely consider making this a yearly trip

We stayed for a month and had everything we needed. It was clean and comfortable and Andrea was very pleasant and accommodating. The beach was awesome, I only wish we could have controlled the wind as it was brutal at times. Mother Nature had other plans, but we did get several days without the winds and lots of sun.

Huge house

This was a very spacious home, and it had everything you need to cook and entertain. My only complaint was that I booked it solely for the heated pool so my kids, neice and I could swim in December. It was broken. It was not able to be fixed during my stay (Thursday-Sunday) so unfortunately we never got to swim. I picked this home over less expensive ones due to the heated pool option, so we were all just very disappointed.

Weekend getaway

The house was perfect for our weekend getaway. We had a group of seven and were very comfortable. Loved being walking distance from beach. Not a lot of people on the beach this time of year, so we had a lot of privacy. Loved the location of house and the concreted parking area. Didn’t use the pool so I cannot comment on that. Had an overall great stay.

Fabulous Family Vacation!

Our family of 6 adults (myself, my wife, 2 grown children and their spouses) and 2 grandchildren had a great time! The pool was a lifesaver during hot days when the ocean currents were too strong to get in. There was plenty of seating in the common areas for a big group. The extra towels (bath and beach), paper products, etc added a nice bonus. The under cabinet ice maker kept us supplied in ice all week for beverages and coolers. There were plenty of beach chairs and toys for use by renters if you don’t bring your own. The location was perfect for a quiet beach experience, but close enough to get to shopping and restaurants in less than an 5 minute car ride. All in all we would definitely stay here again! Thank you for everything Andrea!

This Vacation Home is better than advertised. The space below the home is large and provided storage for all our beach toys we bring with us on vacation. Access to the pool is secure and the young ones enjoyed the pool all week. The living area of the home has a good layout and has all that is needed for cooking and entertainment. Next to the kitchen is a coffee and wine/liquor bar that is not shown in the pictures. A ping pong table is located in the upper loft. Access to the beach is good but a bit of a stain for older family members. Communication with the Host was excellent.

Family vacay

Gorgeous house only a few feet from beach, quick easy walk over the dunes to the crystal white sand, so well appointed... had everything we needed from kitchen utensils to pool and beach toys, chairs, umbrella, etc. Will definitely consider going back to this house for next family vacation. Within walking distance to shops and eateries. Great views. The entire family just lived this place. Thanks so much for a great trip. Andrea was especially easy to work with when we had a few mishaps. She allowed me to be able to relax and let the stress go away. Thank you

Great place!

Our stay here was amazing! The owner was great & exceeded our expectations & she responded to us immediately when we called or texted. The house had so much more than we expected so we wish we would have packed less. For insistence, the reviews had that there were extra beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels & beach toys but didn’t know how many so we brought our own. Trust me when I say, don’t! This place had approximately 10-15 beach chairs with 3 big umbrellas, numerous beach toys, floats & at least 16- 20 beach towels. We really had no complaints from our stay besides the pool not being warm on our arrival but the owner answered our call & walked my husband through how to get it warm & the pool was warmed within an hour or so of that call. Excellent place to stay! We will most definitely be booking this place again! This was the most relaxing vacation we have ever been on! 10/10

Family vacation

We enjoyed our stay very much. It was in March and the weather was cool. The heated pool was well used, since the Gulf water was so cold. Andrea was very helpful and prompt when we had pool heater problems. We enjoyed being on the beach and took advantage of being in the sand daily. The house was huge and well furnished. We needed only to take our suitcases since everything else was provided. Our only disappointment was the condition of the grills in the car port. The weather and salty air has made them too rusty to use. Thank you for a memorable vacation.

Great location for a family getaway

Spent 1 week with family at this property. Location is fantastic with steps to the beach. Home is well appointed with everything from beach toys, beach towels, laundry detergent and well stocked kitchen. The property owner was prompt to respond to the few requests we had. We loved how quiet and secluded it felt. The cleanliness of the property had a lot to be desired. I’d recommend a cleaning service coming in to do a deep clean and also a thorough walk through for repairs such as the downstairs bathroom vents not working and unusable ice machine. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Absolute Perfection!

We have been coming to Pensacola for approximately 10 years, and Villa Primerais is now by far our favorite place to stay. We are already coordinating our schedules in hopes of booking next year. This house is spacious and completely furnished. It has everything you need and more. The kitchen has anything and everything you necessary to prepare meals. The kids (and adults) loved the ping pong table which came in handy when it rained a few times. Besides having perfect beach access, the unlimited use of the private pool is one of the main reasons we enjoyed our stay so much. It was so nice not sharing with others and having no time restrictions. Andrea was quick to respond to any questions and even offered to mail a very small video game to my son after the cleaning crew found it. I just can't say enough about this dream home. We will be back!

Awesome vacation home

We vacation as a family every year in Pensacola. This is our first time renting this house. It is spacious (there were 13 of us) and literally had everything you need for cooking, beach and pool fun. The master bedroom was small in comparison to others we have stayed in. The set up downstairs is perfect for family fun...games, grilling and a heated pool was an extra plus. Our grandkids enjoyed the hammock in the evenings. The interior is dated but definitely has character. The bedrooms all have carpet. The walk to the beach is close and steps outside the back door. The gulf view from the large porch was not what we expected. It was still beautiful, however not a full view of the gulf shore due to the high sand dune. The sand dune to cross to the gulf is steep and a challenge for anyone with mobility problems but there is a public walkway to the beach just a few steps away. We had a few maintenance issues the first couple days but the host was very responsive and had it all fixed the next day.

Pensacola Get Away

The property was wonderful. Like other reviewers have said, the pictures on this website don’t really do it justice. The house provided everything needed for us to enjoy our visit. There were plenty of utensils and necessities for the kitchen. There were plenty of linens and towels. If you are planning to stay here, leave the beach chairs at home. The beach views were gorgeous even when it stormed outside. Besides having a repair man show for up to work on the ice maker one day, which apparently was already called in prior to our visit, there were no interruptions. It was a relaxing and peaceful vacation. The pool was great for the kids on the yellow flag days as well. Thanks!
