Peaceful seclusion abounds at this mid-century modern charmer. Shrouded in sunlight, the open living room's floor-to-ceiling windows/doors effortlessly allow for the light to spill in. As you kick back and enjoy each other's company in front of the smart TV or wood-burning fireplace, the chef of your group can utilize the updated kitchen's LG appliances and gleaming countertops. When you are ready to eat, head for the spacious deck, equipped with alfresco dining and a gas grill. As part of the Bay Village neighborhood, you'll have private beach access.

Fueled for adventure, check out nearby hotspots like Highland Links, Highland Lighthouse, Cape Cod National Seashore, Pilgrim Monument and Provincetown Museum, and the Mass Audubon Wellfleet Bay Wildlife Sanctuary. Bikes are available at your stay if you'd prefer to explore that way.

Back at your stay, toss your clothes in the private washer/dryer for a refresher, and get cozy on the plush mattresses available in each of the bedrooms.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Be aware of wild animals as the home is in a more secluded area.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
