The property has 2 recently remodeled bathrooms with a fabulous entertaining area that ties together the private pool/patio area and the kitchen/eating area. The home is a few minutes walk from Mercado entertainment and eateries but in a quiet neighborhood great for families. Bedrooms are on opposite sides of the home for privacy.

What makes this property unique

Talk about having a fabulous vacation spot to relax all day by your private pool or walk out the front door turn left and walk to the ocean for a fabulous day by the surf. Have dinner on the patio and return to the ocean for nightly sunsets. 4 bedrooms 2 baths. 2 of the bedrooms are on the opposite side of the home for privacy. Walk in showers with fully modernized amenities you will see in our photos. The kitchen offers a place to cook together, eat together and as the evening progresses take conversations out to the back patio, enjoy the inground secluded pool for night swimming. Or entertainment at Mercato is a walk away, dining options on Tamiami Trail and Olde Naples are a walk or car ride distance. You are in the center of everything and in the heart of Naples Park.
