About this property

Bring the whole family to this luxury place with lots of room for fun. It's a 3400sqft newly built house (built end of 2023) with four bedrooms (two masters w/king bed) and 3.5 bath. The house has 3 floors with an elevator and two car garage. The house is on a spacious lot, back to a beautiful wood view. The house is located in the middle of the scenic 30A, South Walton, Santa Rosa Beach. It's minute to the beautiful white sand Blue Mountain Beach Access.

The Space:
Bedroom: Two master bedrooms with king bed, a bedroom with queen bed and the forth bedroom with full dunk bed with a twin pull out on the bottom. There is also a portable fold out twin bed in the closet to sleep up to 12.
Bathroom: There is a master bath on the 1st floor, 1/2 bath on the 2nd floor, a master and full baths on the 3rd floor.
Kitchen: There is full kitchen. Natural gas grill outside.
Beach Access: Blue Mountain Regional Beach Access.
The house has two kayaks, bikes and beach chairs.
The house is in Bluewater Landing Community.

Loved It‼️

This home is absolutely beautiful/gorgeous, accommodated 10 of us for spring break! Would definitely recommend. The rooms are huge, no tv in the bedrooms which was a bummer, but overall great. Great location as well ❤️
