Welcome!Lake view house in Pocono Summit for 12 people. Newly renovated, absolutely gorgeous house for rent less than a minute from a lake with playground,beach volleyball court,basketball court,tennis court and playing field.It is located only 8 mins from Kalahari and 15 min from camelback ski resort. House has 4 bedrooms,2.5 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with open living room with fireplace.We are located in a gated community with 24-hours security patrol. Weber grill outside and fire pit.Full size pool table,foosball table,dartboard.We have kayak,paddle board and life jackets.No pets.No fireworks.You must be at least 25 years old to book. All reservations must be made at least a week before your arrival because we need to register all the guests

Beautiful & peaceful

We recently completed a 5 night stay at this impeccable property. The house is open and spacious downstairs. All bedrooms are upstairs and offer privacy. The inside of the house is exactly as pictured and everything appeared brand new and very clean inside. The kitchen is well stocked with quality cookware, dinnerware, glassware & utensils. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed seeing the deer visit the property each day. We attended an event at Kahlahari and it was a short, easy commute to & from the event each day (about 3.5 miles & under 10 minutes). We did not have time to use the lake but it is a very short walk from the house. I highly recommend staying here and would do so again in the future.
