The HVAC is completely broken. Totally fixable. Temps go from 55 to 75 overnight. HVAC does not control or hold a temp. Guest have to switch from heat to cool to try and stay somewhat temperate. Completely unacceptable. This needs to be managed twice per overnight.
Faucets are the same. It’s either freezing cold or boiling hot.
Showerheads point straight at the wall. Again, this is totally correctable. This is an awful shower experience.
If these owners want to continue to rent this property then they need to invest in these corrections. It ruins the experience of staying at this property.
Everything is one star to reinforce the horribleness of these issues.
Location is amazing. So…some owners won’t care. This seems to be one of those owners.

Most windows, screens, and sliding doors not working. The slider in one of the ground level bedrooms did not lock beyond a small extra lock on the floor. Many of the dining chairs wobbled so much, we wondered which of us would crash to the floor first. This place definitely saves you money and gets you close to town - just keep that bar set low!
We had a nice time. There were some snafus in the first couple days with plumbing issues and some cheaply made broken chairs, but the staff was very receptive. All the other in condo amenities were good.
The community hot tub was however gross. The water was green with chemicals. I would highly recommend splurging on a unit that has it’s own hot tub if this is important to you.
The location was excellent. A short walk to dtown and the lifts. This was our main goal, so it worked.
This property is in a great location with plenty of space. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very clean. The garage was a big plus and there was an outdoor closet with room for all of our skis. The lift is very close and there is a path directly to the middle of town. The only bit of feedback I would give is that the couch is starting to show its age. Other than that, it is perfect!

Management company was the worst
When we arrived the trash was full in the garage, it was never removed from prior tenant. There was 3 feet of snow on the deck that we shoveled to be able to use the deck. None of the electrical outlets worked in the upstairs bathroom and several throughout the condo. When I turned on my hair dryer downstairs it tripped the breaker and everything went black. Great Western management was just terrible overall. I could go on but I think this gives the picture. It’s too bad for the owner because it could really be a great place to stay.
