This 2 bedroom cabin is only feet from the water's edge. The pine ceilings, floors and walls provide a true camp feel. Although it is a cabin, this property is clean with modern amenities. Enjoy waking up to the sound of waves lapping at the shore line and loons calling to one another.

Explore the 585 feet of lake frontage with beach and complimentary use of canoes, kayaks, standup paddle boards, fire pits and swim rafts.

The Boulders at Squam: This stand alone cottage is right on Little Squam Lake! The cottage is one of multiple rentals on the 2.3 acre property that share 585 feet of water frontage. There is a beautiful beach, mature trees, and free use of fire pits, grills, canoes, kayaks and paddle boards.

Keycode locks allow guests to check in at their convenience. The code will be sent to the guests prior to arrival.

Smoking is only permitted on the property at the designated smoking areas near the parking lot. Although we love pets, unfortunately this is a pet free property. There are multiple pet boarding facilities close by.

Guests are asked to bring their own bed sheets, pillow cases and towels. Guests are also asked to leave the property as clean as it was when they arrived. This allows us to provide the room without having to charge a resort fee or cleaning fee.

Guests are encouraged to use the inside and outside of this rental, both on land and on water!

Please do not go in any buildings other than your own rental, including the barn. Please do not go into the room in the back of the home that contains the water heater. Also please do not go on any docks that are labeled private. Thank you!

There is a flight of stairs to get from the parking area to this cabin. Individuals with mobility issues may find it challenging.

No smoking in or around the building. Designated smoking areas are in the parking lot.
