Make memories at this newly renovated 3 bedroom suite on Little Squam Lake. Enjoy the 585 feet of lake frontage with beach and complimentary use of canoes, kayaks, standup paddle boards, fire pits and swim rafts.

Walk 0.5 miles to the Squamside Beach Bar or Walter's Basin restaurant. Only 200 yards away is The Ice House Creamery with home made ice cream. See bears, bobcats & mountain lions 1 mile away at the Squam Lakes Science Center.

This suite was part of a classic motel and cabin community. In 2024 the motel rooms were gutted and 3 were combined to make a larger suite to accommodate families.

This suite shares the 2.3 acres and 585 feet of lake frontage with other cabins and suites on the property. The outside common areas include a beautiful sandy beach, fire pits, bbq grills and outdoor activities.

Keycode locks allow guests to check in at their convenience. The code will be sent to the guests prior to arrival.

Smoking is only permitted on the property at the designated smoking areas near the parking lot. Although we love pets, unfortunately this is a pet free property. There are multiple pet boarding facilities close by.

Guests are asked to bring their own bed sheets, pillow cases and towels. Guests are also asked to leave the property as clean as it was when they arrived. This allows us to provide the room without having to charge a resort fee or cleaning fee.

Guests have full access to anywhere in the suite. We encourage guests to explore the grounds both on land and on water.

Please do not go under any buildings, in basements or in the barn. Thank you!

There is a thermostat in each room or on each baseboard that controls the electric heat. Please make sure to turn the heat off when it is not needed or when you leave.

The televisions are Roku smart TV's and can access apps like Netflix or Disney Plus.
Our septic systems are fragile so PLEASE do not flush anything that is not toilet paper, even if it says flushable.
Guests renting weekly from 6/29 - 8/31 are asked to bring their own bed sheets, pillow cases and towels. Linens are provided in the spring and fall. Guests are also asked to leave the property as clean as it was when they arrived. This allows us to provide the room without having to charge a resort fee or cleaning fee.

Quiet hours are from 11 pm - 8 am. Please be courteous to your neighbors.
