Great property and wonderful owner!
Great location. As advertised on VRBO. Russell was super responsive. Well stocked. Good location. Would happily stay here again. Get firewood! It’s nice to have a real fire for the duration of the stay. Russell gives you a good start on the wood.

Property was as described. Owner was very easy to communicate with and very helpful with the local area. There was an abundance of fresh towels. We felt very comfortable. Just wish there were cleaning products for the bathroom.

Cozy and feels like a home. Great location!
This property is very comfortable and feels like home. It is conveniently located with great amenities and a short walk to a park and bus stop. The neighborhood felt very safe and everyone was friendly. Great hills for sledding! The only drawback is that the unit is on the third floor and there is no elevator.

Responsive owner, priced right for location and accomondations
Good rental to experience Vail but without the crowds in main Vail. Located in East Vail, the area is quiet (except for highway noise but that's all of Vail) and not crowded. The bus stop is very close that provides easy access. The owner was very responsive when I had a question. The place is clean and had all the amenities my family needed.

A great location for the bus route
Nice property with all the things: 4 bedrooms, grill, fireplace, high end kitchenware, etc; although you will get sick of the stairs after a day of skiing or on the load-out. Great proximity to the East Vail bus, local market and highway. Would stay again.

Great location in East Vail
Worked well for our group of 8 (4 adults, 4 teenagers). Skied 3 days in Vail (shuttle was easy), and 1 day in Breckenridge. Russ was very accommodating to our early check in request on NYE.

Perfect location for family trip. Shuttle was super helpful with lots of folks going in different directions. Third floor condo--lots of stairs, but no footsteps overhead. Very quite while we were there. Comfortable beds.

Vail Lacrosse stay
We recently had the pleasure of staying at this property in East Vail. We were thrilled with the quality of the accommodations for the price we paid. It was very convenient to Vail village and Ford Fields where our son’s lacrosse tournament was taking place. We would advise anyone with any members of their party who are older or have any trouble climbing stairs that it is a 3rd floor walk up, which can be challenging especially if you’re not used to the altitude. But we did not have a problem and the views were splendid- especially with a waterfall just behind the property. We would choose this property again.

very large condominium
Very large condominium with plenty of space. 3 full size bathrooms, kitchen has plenty of dishes, glasses, pans to cook. Well-stocked wood pile for fireplace. Grill worked great to cook chicken, hamburgers, etc. and right out on the sliding deck. WiFi and cable great! We were there in the winter and had over two feet of snow in 6 days. Maintenance of parking lot and walkway with snow/ice was not the greatest but they were struggling to keep up. This condo is up three flights of stairs so if someone in your party cannot climb stairs (we had someone twist a knee while skiing) it was a slow process for them to access the condo.

Just as advertised and more
The beds were comfy, there were ample towels, pillows, toilet paper and everything we needed. The shuttle was indeed a 2 minute walk. We had a lovely stay and the owner checked in with us and answered all questions. We recommend this condo! If you’re skiing, we found that you could leave 7 pair of skis at the vail bus terminal in a locker for $8/day and sometimes we didn’t feel like carrying them home on the bus. We also left all our after ski shoes and hats in a basket at vista bahn during the day for $7 so that we didn’t have to clomp home in ski boots.

Good owner -
This is a nice four bedroom condo in West Vail. It is on the third floor (no elevator). We were comfortable and the apartment was well appointed. The owner was very helpful and allowed both an early check in and late check out which helped our schedule greatly.

Great condo
We spent 4 nights during July at this condo. There were 4 of us and it was the only 4 bedroom condo I could find in this area - PERFECT as we did not want to share rooms. We did not cook but all kitchen amenities were there, cannot think of anything basic that was not supplied. There were hair dryers, plastic garbage bags, laundry... It IS up 3 flights of stairs so if you have knee or health issues, please consider this (especially if you are not used to thin mountain air!). The key pad to get in gave us just a little trouble first time - we were not hitting the keys hard enough. So just make sure you press firmly on the keypad and after you do it once it is not a problem to figure out. The living room furniture was very comfortable and set up so that it was easy for all of us to sit, have some space and still visit. Having a TV in every bedroom was a big plus, the beds were comfortable, plenty of pillows and blankets. There is no air conditioning in Vail so during the summer, even with windows open it was a bit hot to sleep (50+ females... probably fine if you are not among that age group!). Some fans would have been nice. The location of the condo is terrific; a 5 to 10 minute drive to the golf course and the free parking garage in Vail. Looking back, there is nothing that I would think I needed to bring next time - this condo really had everything. We hope to visit again soon! Thanks Russ for sharing your home!

Great value. Clean. Good quality condo.
This is a great condo for families wanting space, quiet, and away from traffic and people. This 4 BR allowed us all to have plenty of room. The deck has wonderful views. The pool, tennis courts and basketball hoop are a short 2 minute walk. Also within an easy walk is a park with a play area for little kids and a grass soccer/park field. A rough hiking path (moderate) takes you close to an amazing waterfall on the mountain to the south that you can see from the deck, which has a grill. The owner is available and accessible for questions. Kitchen has what you need for cooking. Neighbors were very quiet. We will book again.

Great space, close to mountain
Stayed for 5 days in early February for an annual friends ski trip. We were a group of 5 guys, there was more than enough space for us all. Bedrooms, baths, living space and kitchen were all well kept and had everything we needed. Russ the owner was available by phone and email if anything was needed (nothing was needed...) Thanks for the stay Russ

Excellent Family Vacation
Nine of us stayed for three days in August to attend the Vail Kids Adventure Race. There was so much room that my husband & I enjoyed the plush and comfortable master bedroom, my father enjoyed the privacy of the upstairs queen and private bathroom, while the two teenage girls (ages 15 & 16) loved the two twin beds and four boys (ages 16, 12, 12 & 11) went crazy for the very cool bunk room. The kids loved having their own televisions and there was plenty of room to cook meals and serve the kids all together in the dining room. The bus stop is close and convenient for trips into the GORGEOUS Vail Village in the summer and my husband & I especially enjoyed our early morning runs from the condo to several of the local trails and paths nearby. The views were spectacular, the area was not very crowded or heavily trafficked and the local market was a quick trip to get any extra supplies we needed. There were plenty of towels and supplies for everyone and the living room is about as cozy and comfortable as you can get. If we happen to return in the winter, this will definitely be top on our list of options. It was a fantastic place for an extremely reasonable price. Russ was very proactive and helpful in getting us booked. Highly recommend!

Great Vail condo!
We stayed in this condo in March and it exceeded our expectations. There were eight of us and it still seemed like there was plenty of room for all of us to hang out, especially since the kids had TVs in their bedroom to watch. The beds were all super comfortable and there were plenty of towels and no shortage of hot water for everyone to shower after a long day of skiing. The kitchen was equipped with all the pots and utensils we needed to cook up big meals and it was great to relax in front of the fire after dinner. The views of the surrounding mountains from the living room windows are gorgeous and we even saw a fox on the ridge below us. It was an easy walk to the ski shuttle and since it's the first stop we were the first to get on and always had seats. We live in the Denver area and have rented many ski condos over the years and we would recommend this residence to anyone.
