A fun property with a few quirks
Joe and the entire check-in process was incredibly smooth. He reached out to us in advance regarding an issue with the air-conditioning as well as was trying to assist us in an early check-in.
The rental was per the pictures and everything was nice and clean
One point that stands out very clearly is this property presents more as two distinctively different units than one unified rental space.
We had three families review the listing prior to booking and we don’t recall seeing this called out. When we went back and checked after arriving, we did see it on the current listing. Perhaps we didn’t read clearly, but when we went to book, we don’t recall seeing that distinction.
The road in is a very hard turn that many drivers missed the first and second time they came in. Some drivers felt uncomfortable on The driveway due to the angle We had some issues with the road and being washed out that was promptly taken care of once we shared it with the owner Also, his team goes after a rainstorm there was a downed branch blocking the driveway that was properly cleaned up in like two hours
The bathrooms, kitchen, TVs, facilities were all fully stocked and well prepared, including enough soap for the dishwasher and washing machine a real, plus Also
The kids really enjoyed the game room. We found ample bathrooms and never really ran out of hot water.
Overall, we’d likely not stay at this property again, Since the levels are not connected.
