This first-floor, end-unit Kiawah Island vacation rental is completely updated with beautiful furnishings and amenities. This West Beach (previously known as Courtside) villa is about a 4-minute walk to the beach.

Your surroundings, decorated in the colors of grass, sea, sand, and sunshine, will help you unwind and relax during your time on Kiawah Island. The living area has beautiful hardwood floors, comfortable furniture, a table and chairs, and a flat-screen TV. The living room's sleeper sofa offers additional sleeping options. The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped with everything you will need during your stay.

The bedroom has a king-sized bed, walk-in closet, and flat-screen TV. The pristine white bathroom has a travertine tile floor and offers private entry from the bedroom or hall.

The screened porch is perfect for dining outdoors or just relaxing.

The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

Dogs under 25 pounds are welcome for an additional fee of $50 per pet per day, with a maximum of two (2) pets. Contact us directly to add pets to your reservation.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $150. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

Little piece of heaven!

We had a wonderful restful stay. It's a 2 minute walk to the beach. The screened in porch was a great asset. The management company was very accommodating in resolving an issue of our own making. Great place. Great location.

Great Family Getaway

This condo was the perfect place for my family to log off and enjoy each other. Less than a two min walk to the beach we could all go to the beach together, and I could quickly walk the dog home when it got too warm out, and be back in less than five minutes. Easy for keeping our one year old contained and we all loved sitting on the screened porch. We will definitely be booking again in the future!

Location was perfect. Very quiet neighborhood. Pet friendly a big plus for us. Back door doesn’t lock. Front screen door needs worked on. Fan in bathroom is slow. Shower door needs fixed. Needs a good deep cleaning. Baseboards a must. All in all would stay again. Also was interesting with Debbie coming to town.

Family trip

Villa was very nice. It was clean, comfortable, and everything worked. It's walking distance to beach, and West Beach pool. The convention center is next door, but there weren't any issues with that. Only negatives were old mattress and lack of ceiling fan in bedroom. We definitely enjoyed our stay, and would return to same villa in the future.

Great location. Property in need of TLC. Mold on shower track, stains on bedroom carpet. Overall not particularly clean. Lack of basic supplies in kitchen. Appreciated the bag of coffee. Neighbors above obviously did not care that we were below them. Very loud. Will not be coming back.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The condominium was a good size for the two of us and our small dog. It was clean and comfortable. I was concerned about two reviews that I read before I came but after I had booked. I contacted the management company and they were super responsive. They told me that the concerns have been addressed and they were. The first day there there was a small leak underneath the sink. We called and they had a competent and courteous repair person come out within 45 minutes. The rental company where we got our bikes and our beach cart were very helpful and delivered the equipment as promised. Overall it was a great day and we would return to this property in a heartbeat.

Elegant and comfortable

The listing did not exaggerate. This place is so nicely appointed that I'd be happy to live in it as my actual home! The decor is really tasteful--no tacky beach kitsch here--but also clean, comfortable, and relaxing, even luxurious. The screened in porch is great, and the property has a lot of thoughtful touches (such as cleaning supplies, flashlight, soap, towels, washer/dryer, etc.) that cut down on the amount of stuff you need to bring with you. I brought my own beach chair and towel, but there was beach stuff already here I could have used. There is also internet access, cable TV, and a DVD player, but honestly, the beach is the best entertainment here! The Kiawah beaches live up to their reputation as beautiful and unspoiled; I'm so glad I decided to stay here instead of the other properties I was looking at. This place is right next to the tennis court, for those whose inclinations run that way, and there are bike trails all over the island. Charleston is convenient for sightseeing day trips, but there are also great restaurants closer to Kiawah and a gourmet grocery store close by at Freshfields village.

Perfect getaway

Our first impression was 'wow'! After a long drive we just wanted to sit down and relax before bed. The couch was very worn down and appeared dirty. The bathroom shower door had mildew all over it. The king size bed was sloping towards the center and very uncomfortable to sleep on. We notified management and they were very prompt with repsonding that they would forward our 'first impression' with the property manager. The kitchen and appliances are very nice and the owners thought of everything when furnishing this villa. The decor was very tastefully done. This villa is just steps away from the beach and in a pristine location. We enjoyed our stay and would like to come back next year for a longer stay if the property owner takes care of those 3 items mentioned. We witnessed many alligators laying on the shore of the pond. It was a very nice week to stay and even though the weather forecast appeared to be a washout, we were blessed with 5 beach days so no complaints there. Would recommend this villa. Thank you for allowing us to rent your unit.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect amount of space for two. Easy beach access. Addressing comments about the bed from previous reviews - if you like a firm bed, you will like it (I did). If you want a soft bed, you will not like it. Instructions - we didn't know what to do with trash. I checked for dumpsters but didn't find any. After 6 days, we needed to take trash out. Misc. - one roll of toilet paper for a week and no shampoo. Didn't realize the TP situation until we needed it. Repairs - please fix the hole in the screen on the porch. It is a nice sitting area but we couldn't use it much. Noise - so quiet until upstairs unit was rented. Then it was like being in an apartment with little children above you.

November long weekend

Nice place to stay for a long weekend in the Fall. No problems with check-in and the place was perfectly ready for us. Everything needed was there as well including info about the area (and some info about Charleston). Would stay there again.

Great place to unwind...

What a great little condo...just a short walk from the beach. Very relaxing location if you're looking for a spot to unwind. Loved seeing all the wildlife and the beach was fabulous. It wasn't crowded and we were able to fully enjoy ourselves. There are lots of things to do and see within a reasonable driving distance. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking to get away from it all, relax and reset. We'll definitely be back.
