This large apartment is located conveniently in Cross Lanes. Just moments from I-64 interstate access. The location is close to grocery, restaurants, and everything you need for a great stay in the area. The apartment is above a restaurant and wine/craft beer location. The shop closes in time for a quiet evening. All guests enjoy 10% off any purchase of food or drinks during their stay. The unit has a single and private entry, up one flight of stairs. You will enjoy two separate bedrooms, a full bath, and a full kitchen. We are near all CAMC locations, within 20 minute drive to any of them. Close to Shawnee Sports Complex, the Civic Center, University of Charleston, West Virginia State University, and the Mardi Gras Casino is 5 minutes away. Right in the middle of everything.

Cute place

This was a perfect stop on our way through. Super convenient to highway. Parking lot was under construction so we were a little confused at where to park when we got there but the owner communicated with us and we got it figured out. Thanks!

Clean apartment

Awesome place! Very clean and comfy, sturdy furniture. Place seems freshly renovated, so that’s why it feels like a new apartment! We stayed on Friday night and there’s a bar nearby, they stayed away from the property and our vehicle though. Would highly recommend, property manager very helpful !!
