This beautiful waterfront home is located on a large lot on a wide turning basin at the end of a canal, which offers unobstructed views down the canal. This modern home boasts updated, high quality finishes and appliances. The rental is for the upstairs portion of the house, which has 2 well-appointed bedrooms, 1 full bath, and spacious living & dining spaces. The comfortable living area has a large smart TV and sliding glass doors providing natural sunlight and canal views. There is a full wrap around balcony, which is perfect for outdoor dining and relaxation. The house is equipped with all major appliances, utensils, and a Keurig coffee machine. The spacious lot and back yard offer a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The canal opens to Blackwater Sound in the Florida Bay and is just minutes away by boat from Adam's Cut for ocean access. The boat lift is not available for use. The downstairs portion will be unoccupied during your stay. There is a covered car port.
