A convenient shuttle makes it easy to access all Sea Colony amenities and it’s a short walk to the center of Bethany Beach with numerous dining, shopping, and entertainment options.
As you enter this beautiful beachfront retreat, you will be greeted by a welcoming open floor plan with a coastal theme that offers impressive views of the beach and ocean. Spend your evenings relaxing in the air-conditioned living area, watching your favorite shows or movies on the cable TV, or step out onto the balcony to enjoy the refreshing ocean breeze as you admire the beach views. Enjoy the quartz countertops and new, in 2025, kitchen appliances, as well as the queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
If you're visiting during the winter months, the living room features a cozy electric fireplace to keep you warm and comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the necessary appliances to prepare a range of meals and snacks, including a Keurig coffee maker for coffee lovers in your group. You'll also find a TV in the bedroom, a stacked washer/dryer, and board games for your entertainment.

The Sea Colony Recreational Association requires a per person resort fee for guests ages 4 and older. This fee varies by time of year and is mandatory.
There is cable TV. No streaming is available.
**Sea Colony will have ongoing construction from September through May. There will be construction noise that may be heard in the surrounding homes. Please be aware that this may be loud at times.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Sea Colony parking passes are issued based on the number of guest badges purchased per unit. Each unit is allowed a maximum of 2 parking passes per rental period.
1-2 Badges = 1 Parking Pass

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
