Wake up each morning at this waterfront home to the rustle of palms in the yard and the lapping of the canal just outside your back door. This beautiful Cape Coral escape is one you'll remember for years to come, complete with a private swimming pool, a dock, and two gorgeous patios looking out across the canal.

This home sits canalside in northern Cape Coral, just about two miles from the Coral Oaks Golf Course. So much is close by, including great fishing off Pine Island (12 miles), downtown Fort Myers (16 miles), Fort Myers Beach (27 miles), and the beaches of Sanibel Island (31 miles).

Angler or beach-goer, your days spent at the house will be every bit as special as the days you're out exploring. Bring your morning coffee down to the patio at the water's edge, prepare barbecue lunches on the built-in gas grill, and gather around the outdoor table for cocktails as your kids splash in the backyard pool. You're welcome to use the dock, but please do not touch the boat that's there.

Throughout the house, you'll find tons of sunlight, open spaces, and an unfussy sense of style. Cook with ease using stainless steel kitchen appliances and gather in the living room after dinner for board games and movies on the large smart TV. There are three bedrooms to choose from at night, as well as central air conditioning to ensure you sleep comfortably in any of them. A private washer/dryer and complimentary WiFi are provided as well.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
EV charging is available for a fee of $12.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Dock details: You can use the dock but please do not touch the boat.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
