Spacious, Quiet, Convenient, Clean, Lovely
Our family of 5 adults spent 8 days at this condo for our annual ski trip and loved it! We were able to easily navigate the underground parking garage with our smaller SUV (we would never have made it in with my husband’s larger pick-up). Once inside, we were extremely and pleasantly surprised at how spacious, clean and cozy the space was. Each of my adult children had their own bedroom AND bathroom! The living area had an abundant amount of comfortable seating for everyone to relax together after a full day outside. The location, while right in town allowing us to walk everywhere we wanted, you never heard the traffic or noise outside. And, first floor access is a huge bonus for skiing. The condo was supplied with plenty of paper and cleaning products along with additional amenities, much appreciated, such as spices which often times are never found in a vrbo. The owner was very prompt, sincere and kind in responding to questions. If I had one issue to report it would be vrbo’s definition of ‘ski in/ski out’. I consider that term to mean skiing ‘to your door’. Here, you did have to walk approx. 4 minutes before putting on your skis--while extremely close, not my definition. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you, Robert.

Fantastic Lodging
This place was perfect for our family of 6. The location is ridiculously amazing. Short walk to ski lifts (50 yards) and short walk to downtown Breckinridge (50 yards). My wife only ski's beginner hills, and this location is perfect for that as the closest chairlift (Quicksilver SuperChair) gives access to the longest and chillest green run's I have seen in Colorado. Love this place!

Location, location, location!
The property was well appointed, laid out nicely for ski in and out activities and was a perfect location for getting to the slopes and walking to the heart of quaint Breck Main Street for dinner and shopping! We loved being on the first floor and the easy come and go for all ages of our family. Would recommend the unit and would return ourselves!

A fantastic stay in the best location in Breck! The unit is very large, on the first floor, with it's own private entrance. Ski in/ski out, easy and convenient. The whole family loved this space. We'll be back again!

5 Star location but not 5 star overall
Outstanding location and can walk to everything in 2 to 5 minutes including downtown, peak 9 ski lift, ski rentals, etc. That said this unit has some definite deficiencies before anyone should rate it 5 star. The king master mattress is older and doesn’t accommodate light sleepers where movement wakes the other. I spent the last 3 nights on the couch so my wife and I could actually try to sleep. The same difficulty sleeping was expressed by my daughters in the other rooms. The heating system wasn’t easy to figure out how to balance the temperature. It was too hot in main living area at night, so I had to crack windows to cool things down. The master toilet room door did not clear over the bath mat and so it was a constant battle to maneuver around. There was a private entry door but no key to make use of it. When we first arrived and turned on lights the power caused a breaker to trigger and shut off power in one side of the unit, but once we found the breaker box everything was fine. Still overall the entire unit could use some updating and then it would bring in 5 Star rental rates because you can’t beat the location.

Last Minute Summer Getaway
Condo is very clean and comfortable. Hubby and I slept in master and it was the most comfortable bedding. So much I looked at the brand and came home and ordered! Kitchen seemed to have everything we needed. I loved the fact that all the bedrooms had their own bathroom. Location was amazing! We walked everywhere. Extremely close to restaurants, shopping and bars. Only complaint is the couch had an unpleasant smell. Like an old musty smell. Parking is a bit of a challenge with a large car. We had a Tahoe and we had to do some maneuvering to get it parked and get it out but it wasn’t too bad. Overall we would definitely stay here again!

Great location, spacious condo
Our family of 4 stayed here in March. The pictures are accurate. This property is very clean, comfortable, and has so much space! Each of the 3 large bedrooms has an en suite bathroom (with separate toilet area) and also a half bath off the living room. The kitchen is very well equipped. It was especially convenient that there were some things left from previous guests (spices, foil, baggies, sugar, paper products, etc) that really gave it a touch of "home" and made our lives easier. The condo is located on the far (near the street) side of the Chateaux building that is adjacent to the ski school area at the base of Silverthorne lift. It is a very short walk to get to the lift (maybe 100 yards) and even shorter home, if you ski to the closest snow. The condo can be accessed inside the building or via a door with direct outside access...a huge convenience when you have skis and boots to deal with. The parking is directly under the building and we always found a space (although the spaces are a bit tight if you have an SUV). The only downside is that there are not real views from the windows, although the living room overlooks some nice woods, and there is a very large construction project going on across the driveway, very close to the windows for the 2 non-master bedrooms and master bathroom. While this is completely outside the owners control, it did mean that those window blinds needed to stay closed and there was some noise starting around 7:30am. That said, it didn't really impact our stay and the convenience of the location more than made up for it. Overall, a great property with excellent communication with owners and local liaison. Check in and check out were extremely easy and smooth. If you need to rent skis/boots, we highly recommend Blue River Sports just down the street. They are locally owned, had excellent prices, and the staff is very knowledgeable, and the service was very quick.

Perfect location, very comfortable
My wife and I took our four grandchildren and their parents for a ski vacation, so there were ten of us. Perfect location for beginners and experienced skiers. The private entrance and proximity to Main Street are a huge plus. Plenty of room and very comfortable. The owner and local rep were friendly and helpful. This has to be one of the best properties in Breck!

Close to Slopes and Shops
My family of 5 plus 2 in-laws enjoyed staying here for a week at the end of December. The condo was lovely with plenty of room and the door directly to the outside was a nice bonus. The kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms were well equipped. The slopes and Main Street shops were all very close and we walked to everything except the city market where we got groceries. The local contact was helpful and responsive to questions via text or email. We felt perfectly at home and would definitely rent the same place again in the future.

We enjoyed our stay
We enjoyed our stay in your condo; the clean carpet, master bath heated floor and wonderful shower, tv in each bedroom, large den and eat in kitchen. I liked being on the ground floor and covered parking. The negative is the dim lighting in the den didn’t allow one to read and it was dark during the daytime hours even though sunny outside. I moved a taller lamp from the master bedroom to the den side table to improve lighting. Either you can connect track lighting to the down lights or add taller lamps in the den with higher wattage. The bulbs were the cheap fluorescent that do not give good lighting. Also, our daughter said the queen mattress in the second bedroom was uncomfortable. She thought it was time to replace it.

Great location and setup for families! Clean, well stocked and comfortable!
Our best ski trip yet, thanks to the condo’s location and great ski conditions feb 2018. Easy walk to the Quicksilver Lift. Beds were comfortable and a great set up for our two families - 4 adults and 4 kids. We were given a local contact, Julianna, who responded immediately to texts and phone calls. She even offered to have groceries purchased and brought in to the house before we arrived. We almost didn’t want to give this place a good review in order to keep it for ourselves! Thank you! Thank you!! We will be back!

Large Living Space - Excellent Location
Looking for a spot on the slopes AND in town? Look no further - you have found your property! Living Space: Many ski condos have a very small kitchen, eating area, and living room. This condo has a large kitchen - a full size table with plenty of room for 8 people, and a great living room with full sectional and couch! We two families here for MLK weekend, and we never felt like we were living on top of each other. Plenty of room. Kitchen - Kitchen was well stocked with plenty of pots, pans, utensils, plates, glasses, etc. Bedrooms - three ensuite bedrooms were great. Bathrooms - in addition to the three full bathrooms in the ensuite, an additional bathroom off the living area was very nice to have. Management Responsiveness: It was going to be a powder day our last day, so we emailed management and asked if a late checkout was possible. They quickly responded and went out of their way to make sure we could enjoy the bonus POW! Literally steps from Quicksilver, and steps to main street. The best of both worlds!

Location location location!!
You can’t beat this place! Steps to the ski lift and steps to all the main shopping and restaurants! The condo has great beds and lots of bathrooms; my idea of perfect accommodations if I had to sum it up. I almost don’t want to write a review or it may be booked when we plan to return! It was that GOOD! We have been to Aspen, Vail and Beavercreek but there is something about this town and the location of this condo that will have you looking no further to go anywhere else. The private door is so convenient as well. (We were a family of 4 with teenagers and advanced snowboarders).

Perfect Condo!
We stayed at the condo over the President's Weekend 2016. My wife and I brought our 3 grown children and one significant other, ages 22 - 27. The condo was great with plenty of room for all of the adults. Proximity to downtown Breck was awesome as was the fact that we could ski right up to the building and then a short walk in after a long day on the slopes. The owners were great to deal with in every respect! We arrived around midnight and the owners made arrangements for us to get the key at that late hour. The whole experience was great! We highly recommend this Condo!

Favorite Place to Stay in Breck!
We love this place! We have stayed there five times in the last two years. It is the perfect location conveniently located right at the base of the Quicksilver lift and a three minute walk to main street. All three bedrooms are spaciously sized and include a private bathroom with an additional half bath for guests. We have a little one who still naps so the location is ideal for us. We are able to go out and about on the mountain or town and make it back quickly before a melt-down occurs :). The condo is equipped with everything you need for your stay (including a porta-crib should you need one). The owners are extremely responsive and attentive making sure to help with any issues that may arise during your stay. We cannot recommend this place enough!

Everything you need
The location was perfect as you can walk to the Quicksilver Lift, ski school, downtown Breck. Our party of 8 (4 adults, 4 kids under 12) had plenty of room. There's 3 rooms so we used one of the air mattresses and all the kids slept in one room. Easy access allowed us to ski in the morning, go in for a break/lunch and get back quickly for a few more runs. We walked to go out to eat, sled at Carter park and to the grocery store. Would definitely rent this unit again. Thanks to the owner for his prompt responses.

Great place to stay
My family (2 sons, a friend and my wife) had a wonderful stay in this condo. It is very comfortable, amply furnished and spacious. Plus it is close to everything including a short walk to the Peak 9 lifts. The door directly out to the street is a huge plus. Much easier to load and unload and come and go. We could practically ski to the door of the condo coming back. The owner and property manager are very considerate and Fedexed stuff to us that we left behind. You will not go wrong with this property.
