Welcome to this spacious get a way! Great for big families or couples how want more than what a hotel has to offer. With over 1500 sqft everyone can spread out and have some privacy of desired. Approximately a 6 minute drive from the beautiful Niagara Falls, transportation available if required for an additional fee. Upon booking you are eligible for a 10% discount at Hyde Park Café which is local favorite and becoming a travel destination. Nice overall

The house was in a nice neighborhood and was clean upon check in. The host was polite and responsive when contacted. The only problem was that the bedrooms and bathroom with a shower were upstairs and my wife doesn’t do stairs that well.

Great place with lots of open space

Pros: Great place with lots of open space in the first level. House was clean, well decorated and lit up. Good functional kitchen with cookware and essential supplies. Good neighborhood unlike many other listings and hassle free parking. Kid had fun with a small arcade console in his bedroom. Great communication and support from host. Cons: Would have liked a dish washer and air conditioning is spotty in one of the bedrooms.

Niagra Falls to see eclipse

We had a wonderful stay. The home was roomy and clean. The host was extremely accommodating. A fire detector was chirping due to low battery and she came over right away to replace the battery! The location was also perfect. It was minutes away from Niagra Falls and a short walk to Hyde Park. Highly recommended !

Nice place but…..

Updates have been made to the main level of the home. It was clean, but there were clothes in the closets, and food in the refrigerator, so it must be a current residence that gets rented out. It is NOT a two bathroom house. It is a bath and a half. Our biggest reason for booking this home was that we thought it was a two bath home. The door on the full bath will not close. All 3 bedrooms are upstairs. The stairs are narrow, and steep. The home does have air conditioning, but it does not cool the upstairs. This is quite inconvenient when you go in the summer time. We stayed three nights, and it was 90 degrees every day. The location is very convenient to everything. You can get to anything within a 10 minute drive. The neighborhood was nice, and quiet. The last thing that I will mention, is that on our day of checkout, I received a text at 5:40 in the morning asking for a return text to let them know when we have left. Checkout is listed for 11:00, if you want a text informing of checkout, I would suggest that it be put in the information packet at the home. The home was convenient, and served the purpose of what we needed for a long weekend, but it does need a few things updated in the posting.

Niagara Home stay

It took a long time for the house to cool down. The first night we were pretty miserable. The second night it was better. We were very upset when we arrived to find an Cease and Desist order posted on the door. We called Fredricka and she told us she forgot to tell anyone, including us, that the sign was on the door. She said she has to get the correct permit in order to get them to take that down. She told us we could still stay there. We were relieved but concerned both nights we were there. The property was very clean and newly renovated but it was obvious that this house had been recently flipped with some items not of the greatest quality. A hodgepodge of kitchen items were available with limited plates and utensils. Bedrooms were decorated for little kids. Closets were full of clothes and it appeared most likely a family lives there. There are NO shades, only shears, in two of the bedrooms that don’t really keep out the light at night or early morning. That was part of the problem with the upstairs being so hot with heat coming in the windows. Block out shades would help that. They would also block some of the noise. The shower was VERY difficult to turn on. But on the last day our adult granddaughter was showering with the shower head leaking a little. During her shower, the shower head fell off on her. We reported it to the home owner quickly and she requested we pay for the repair but none of us ever took the shower head off the holder.
