Perfect property and location

Needed overnight accommodations for my sister in town to help me through a hospital stay in Bangor. Easy walk to hospital, safe area, quiet place, wonderful amenities. Will definitely book in the future when we need a place in the area.

Weekend Away

Flew in from Cincinnati for a class. Instructions for checking in were spot on. Location was fun. It's right in the center of everything. Has everything we needed after outdoor wilderness classes or a night out at any of the local pubs and restaurants; laundry, fridge with ice and water on the door, comfy furniture, and wonderful shower. Will keep this on top of my list if I'm ever back in Bangor.

Very cozy luxurious loft

We loved this place! They have a smart tv, comfy sofas, granite and some kind of metal counter tops, games, a few basic oils and cooking spices- even the cooking utensils, pots, dishware, all the little things are super nice! The bed was some kind of memory foam maybe? It was a little firm for us but still not cheap. We also loved that they had enough coffee for 1 day since most travel ends late and exhausted getting to your VRBO. The owners/manager made every step very clear and even told us where to park since the loft is downtown. We would stay here again. We would love to see a softer matress topper and a couple of extra pillows.

Nice place in a great location

The unit is upstairs in downtown Bangor. It had everything you need to start a vacation. The location was ideal for visiting Bangor and for day trips into the Maine countryside.

Cool Cigar Factory Loft in Prime Location

We wanted a place to go in Bangor that would allow a lot of lounging around, some shopping and sightseeing but mostly time to read, relax and simply enjoy being in Maine. A hotel wouldn’t have the right vibe so I searched for a rental. I’m glad I chose this one because above all else, for me the most off-putting factor in a stay is it being dirty and this place is immaculate. When I say immaculate, I mean not one stray crumb on the antique hardwood floor, no errant marks, nothing missed at all by the wonderful cleaning woman. So straight off the bat just walking in, taking off my shoes and walking around felt comfortable. And the place is comfortable in other ways: great shower pressure, fluffy towels, basics in the cupboards and lots of fun games to play. My 11 year old asked why “every hotel doesn’t leave us dominoes and charades?” The sofa bed she slept on wasn’t too bad for a sofa bed, and the bed in the bedroom was pretty comfy too to my surprise (I’m a pillow-top mattress fan but slept well in that bed). Loved the soft blanket underneath the comforter, which provided more warmth than I thought it would (I get cold so easily and can’t sleep unless I’m buried in a blanket). The highlight of the space is the front room of course, with its brick walls, copper-clad island and enormous windows. It’s stunning! beautiful and charming in its simplicity and history. Loved the set-up, the TV, the record player (!), sofas and games.

Great location

Very clean and well stocked. Great location to restaurants and downtown. Was nice to walk around and having a brewery downstairs was nice. Can hear a lot of the street noise which is a downfall but that’s about the only one. Would highly recommend!

Short Getaway

This is a great apartment! We were in town from NY to see family and it was the perfect place to relax and feel comfortable. Very clean and spacious with a cool, city vibe. Close to food and bars and cute little stores. Thank you so much to Derek and his team for a super place to stay and feel at home in Bangor.

Great location

The apartment is easy walking distance to downtown Bangor restaurants. It’s clean, quiet and nicely furnished. The manager was helpful when our travel plans were disrupted. Would stay here again.

Downtown Bangor Apartment

Lovely apartment with true old building charm( brick walls, wood floors) Ample space for us to relax and the brewery below us was handy too. We met the manager who was very nice and luckily we didn’t need to call him for anything. Clean and very comfortable for our stay!

Cute! Cozy! Comfy!

This location is awesome! We can walk to coffee and muffins, we can walk to good food. The apartment is wicked cute and as described. The owners are very good about communicating. I honestly don’t want to leave this review as I’m afraid it won’t be here when we want it again🤪it’s definitely a gem

Would stay again!

This property was an amazing place! The unit was clean and had all of the amenities needed for a weekend away. The host was extremely easy to communicate with and provided detailed information regarding the check-in/check-out process. The location of the property is convenient for anyone looking to shop or attend events in the Bangor area. I would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Bangor!

Hip Stay in Banger

We enjoyed our stay in this super hip apartment in downtown Banger. Very clean, comfortable, well stocked and good area with lots of dining and bars within walking distance. A short, one hour drive to Acadia. Lots to do and explore in the area. We enjoyed it very much.

Spectacular!

Great space and location

This is a perfect spot to experience downtown Bangor and the waterfront. Right around the corner from great restaurants and shops, and easy access to 395 and 1A to head to the coast. We plan on staying here again on our next trip to see family in the area.

Great stay in Bangor

The apartment was in a fantastic location! Walkable to great restaurants and sights. We enjoyed having the record player! We loved going to the taproom downstairs for a local beer.

Maine Exploration

Traveled to ME for the first time and had a great time! Stay in Bangor was perfectly located for day trips south along the coast, Downeast, Acadia and more. Found some great coffee and restaurants in Bangor and the apartment was clean, convenient and just as expected! Would definitely go back!

Great location. Walking distance to restaurants Street noise a little loud but unit itself very quiet and clean No elevator so caution with bringing too much luggage. Really enjoyed overall!!
