Why they chose this property
The location is absolutely perfect. 4 minute walk to the base of the mountain. Ride the Gondola into town to have a wonderful meal on Main Street. The Breck Fun Park is so much for the kids which is right down the street.
What makes this property unique
This home was designed to capture all the incredible views. Each room in the house has view access to the Ten Mile Range or down the valley. Being able to walk to the base of Peak 8 is such a luxury. Also, being able to ski into the home and jump into the hot tub is an added bonus!
