Located in the heart of Lake of the Ozarks, this 2 BR Condo is the perfect getaway! Relax on the screened-in lakeside deck and watch all the activity at the 12 Mile-marker! The condo is located at popular Regatta Bay, situated on 13 acres of beautiful wooded grounds. Regatta Bay has amenties for the whole family: tennis & pickleball courts, a playground, 2 Pavilions, a Clubhouse, 2 pools, and even a swim dock if you want to swim in the Lake! Only minutes away from shops and restaurants galore - including the famed "Bagnell Dam Strip". This unit is also a "walk-in" - only 3 steps down to enter from the parking lot. The Primary Bedroom has a picturesque view of the Main Channel and beautiful homes across the cove. The 2nd Bedroom has its own bath and is equipped with a "Roku" 42" TV. The Living Room has a "sleeper sofa" if needed for the kiddos, plus a 55" TV if the weather turns against you during your stay. The Kitchen is fully equipped with newer appliances and everything you'll need to make you feel right at home. The Lakeside Deck is the perfect gathering place to watch the boats come in and out of the Cove, and relax with your group!
