✔ The fully equipped kitchen and dining area allow you to prepare and enjoy meals at your convenience. Amenities include baking sheet, coffee maker, cooking basics (pots and pans, dishes, glasses, coffee mugs and silverware), dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator, toaster, and wine glasses.

Other Things to Note:
There is construction currently going on at the property. It is not loud and is almost all being done on neigboring buildings. There will be some construction noise but nothing after 5pm. The laundry facilities are available in the building next for your use until the one is Building A is completed. In an emergency a person would need to evacuate via the stairwell. THIS IS A NON SMOKING CONDO AND FACILITY

Indoor Gym and Pool
M-F 5 am - 9 pm
Sat-Sun 8 am - 8 pm

There are aqua Zumba classes and aqua aerobics for an hour in the morning and an hour in the evening. You are welcome to join the classes at no additional fee but the pool is not available for open swim during those times.
