Red White and Branson is a gorgeous one bedroom, one bathroom spacious condo on the ground level that you are going to love. The theme was inspired by our love for our country and our veterans. With beautiful new furniture and all new everything, this condo stands out as one of the best values in Branson. You will enjoy a delicious cup of coffee from your brand new recliner listening to music on your 55" streaming smart tv. The bedroom has a brand new king sized 12" memory foam mattress and all new linens. You will enjoy a Brand new stunning outdoor pool, kids play area, gazebo and firepit is all included in your stay. For an additional $30 you and your family will have full access to a complete gym and indoor pool for your entire stay.
To accommodate additional sleeping needs, the living-room sofa folds into a queen-size bed.

Other Things to Note:
There is construction currently going on at the property. It is not loud and is almost all being done on neigboring buildings. There will be some construction noise but nothing after 5pm. The laundry facilities are available in the building next for your use until the one is Building A is completed. We have priced the property at a discount for this minor inconvenience. *** Community amenities are not guaranteed (elevator/pool/gym/etc). In an emergency a person would need to evacuate via the stairwell. Outdoor pool is scheduled to open June 1, 2024. THIS IS A NON SMOKING CONDO AND FACILITY.

There are aqua Zumba classes and aqua aerobics for an hour in the morning and an hour in the evening. You are welcome to join the classes at no additional fee but the pool is not available for open swim during those times.
