The Disco Suite is a fun yet luxury condo, brimming with vibrancy and spunk, located a short walk away from the ebullient nightlife of Broadway and the Gulch. Tailored especially for the needs of group celebrations, the Disco Suite has everything you’ll need to prep for parties out on the town, including large bathrooms and a fully equipped and stocked kitchen.

Groups of up to 8 can look forward to the condo’s party-ready lounge area, equipped with a wide range of games, and the private balcony which overlooks Hyve’s stunning pool, perfect for daytime relaxation and poolside selfies. And as an extra way to share the love, you will find postcards from a local art print business in the unit; if you write messages on the post cards and leave them in the condo, we will stamp and mail them for you!

Right around the corner, you’ll find fun at Bad Axe Throwing, incredible city views from Fogg Street’s rooftop, delicious local beer at Tennessee Brew Works, live music at the Blue Room, intimate ambiance at the Blind Barber speakeasy, or tasty Bloody Marys at Two Hands! And the Posh Pool Paradise is walking distance from downtown (about 12 minutes), giving you safe and easy access to Broadway’s infamous row of bars and music venues.

This condo is located on the 4th floor of the 6-story Hyve building. At Hyve, you can enjoy the comforts of a luxury condo and its amenities – concierge, security presence, a seasonal pool, a 24/7 state-of-the-art gym, a co-working space, and more – while being positioned only four blocks away from Broadway. You can spend your stay exploring the riches of downtown Nashville without ever needing to step into a car, or you can gather friends and family together to enjoy Hyve’s lounge areas, community grills, and views of the city from the unit’s private balcony. This spacious unit also includes a fully equipped kitchen, stocked with coffee, tea, and condiments. Whether you leave or stay, Hyve has everything you need for an unforgettable trip to Music City.

IMPORTANT DETAILS

🧳 Complimentary luggage storage is available with our on-site concierge, Thursday to Monday. from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Cleaners cannot hold luggage inside units. No luggage storage is available Tuesday and Wednesday, however, our neighbor Tennessee Brew Work can hold luggage for free (if you buy a drink or food), starting at 10AM for guests who need storage on these days.

🅿️ The building offers a free, secured parking garage on the upper level for guests and owners, with 34 spaces available on a first-come, first-serve basis (we kindly ask to limit to one vehicle per reservation). An on-site paid public parking garage can be found on the lower level. In this public garage, Hyve guests can park for a flat rate of $20. Free street parking is also available. EV Charging is now available in both garages.

🔒 Smart locks are utilized through the Latch App. Guests will be invited to download the app before your stay. An email is required on file for Latch access.

👮‍♂️ Security is present on-site daily from 5:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.

🌐 High speed Wi-Fi is available for free in all units and all common areas, including a lounge/co-working space that is perfect for remote work.

🏊🏼 A seasonal pool is open March 1 through the end of October, every day from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. The pool is heated during cooler months. The courtyard closes at 10:00 p.m. The gym is open 24/7.

📍 The Hyve building is centrally located. While the building features excellent soundproofing, some noises may be audible, such as other guests, sirens, nearby freight trains, music, and construction. Earplugs are provided, and the building observes quiet hours between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. However, noise-sensitive guests may prefer a location further from downtown.

🏓 All Hyve guests have access to building and community amenities, but we cannot guarantee their cleanliness, maintenance, repair, or availability. We will inform the HOA of any issues but assume no responsibility.

🐕 This is a pet-friendly building; however, the owner of this unit does not allow pets.

👩‍👧‍👧 Families can be provided with a pack 'n play, hook-up chair, baby gate (for units with stairs), play-mat, and toys, at no additional charge. Ask your host for availability.

🧴 Supplies are provided, including trash bags, toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom), and a full roll of paper towels. Additional amenities will be at the cost of the guests.

*Please note that the area is home to a diverse community, including individuals who may seek assistance from a nearby shelter.

*We thoroughly inspect each property before every stay to ensure everything is working properly. If you experience a maintenance issue during your stay, please let your host know as soon as possible. We will always do our best to resolve the issue promptly, but please note that repair times may be subject to contractors' availability.
Please note that a rental agreement will need to be signed prior to check-in. Below is a recap of the house rules that will be described in the rental agreement:
- We do allow pets in this unit

- For same day bookings, we reserve the right to push the checkin time to 6:00 PM
- Please respect our quiet hours between 10PM and 8AM.
- Parking is on a first come first serve basis in the garage. Additional public parking is located by Blue Man Records, and free street parking can be found in the neighborhood.
- Please do not tape the walls, or do anything that damages the paint.
- No parties allowed. Please do not use any glitter/confetti inside the apt
- For stays of 14 days or longer, an additional cleaning fee of the same amount as the original fee will apply
- Host reserves the right to enter the property with reasonable notice for inspection or to address necessary maintenance issue.
- No more than 8 people (for 1 and 2BD properties) and 12 people (for 3 and 4Bd properties) allowed in the property at any time
- Guest who books must be 21 or older, and must be present at checkin and throughout the duration of the stay.
- For guest's safety, there are cameras on premises. No undisclosed camera or recording devices are inside the property.
- For every house rule violation, a fee will apply. Fees will be described in the rental agreement.

* Like any downtown locations, noise can be expected from construction, trains, sirens, etc. We do not recommend downtown Nashville to travelers who can be sensitive to noise, or to homelessness.

*The convenience of shared rides is unparalleled in this location, offering swift and efficient transportation. We also partner with private shuttle services for up to 12 guests at a time. Additionally, scooters present an excellent alternative for commuting.

*For families, we are happy to provide a pack n play, a hook up chair, a baby gate (if the unit has stairs), a playmat and toys free of charge. Please feel free to as your Host for availability.

Great spot to get around Nashville.

Good layout, modern finishes, walkable distance to downtown areas and Broadway. Very secure and the "digital keys" were easy to use. Host was responsive and detailed. Great for groups looking to be close to all Nashville has to offer. Listing talks about the only drawback is the train noise can be disruptive in the two rooms facing the tracks. Ear plugs were provided and do help.

Great apartment and management; neighborhood sketchy

The building and the apartment itself are great - super secure, great communication, great amenities. I hesitate to say anything negative, but people need to be mindful that 1), there's an active freight railway running next to the building (I found the rumble soothing, but I'm a city person), and 2), the Rescue Mission is on the same block and there's some interesting people hanging around on the street. You may feel better taking a rideshare and not walking after dark.
