This newly renovated three-bedroom, three-bath house is perfect for visitors interested in taking advantage of Fripp's many amenities. Just a short walk to Cabana Club and Wardle's Landing, with Island Bites, Sandbar, Ocean Marina, Bonito Boathouse, and more just a short golf cart ride away. One king bed and three queen beds allow this property to comfortably accommodate up to 8 people.

Features include ALL updated appliances in the fully equipped kitchen including a gas stove. Newly decorated to have a modern vacation home feel, with delicate attention to detail, all new beds, furnishings, and baths. Other features include Smart TVs in every room (4) along with high-speed WIFI (this property is streaming only). Barbecue AND fireplace allow you to enjoy the luxuries of home in a resort environment. The two-car garage has a full-size ping pong table with room to park two cars inside. Step off onto the large back porch for your morning coffee and look out into the Lowcountry marshland.

A 4-seat golf cart is included with your rental (excluding monthly rentals). Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural scenic beauty of the island and an excellent way to visit our unique amenities.

These cards are required for access to all resort amenities including restaurants and bars, pools (opened year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, fitness center, and more. For current hours of operation please visit our Hours of Operation page on the Resort site as some hours adjust seasonally. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted rates on golf and tennis.

Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.
