Fully renovated condo with 2 king beds, bunk room and sleeping sofa in the living room. Laketown gated community offers incredible amenities to take advantage of and fill your stay with fun. From having the beach just steps away to 5 different community pools, this complex has it all! Spend each day lounging in the sun and dip your toe in a different pool each afternoon before heading in. There is even a kiddie pool. Unwind in the hot tub and enjoy beautiful views.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by an open and spacious living area with plenty of natural light. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, appliances, and a breakfast bar for casual dining. The dining area and living room offer ample space for relaxing with family and. friends.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed and private access to the balcony overlooking the private lake. The en-suite bathroom includes a double vanity, garden tub, and separate shower. The second bedroom has a King bed and a flat-screen TV, while the third bedroom has twin bunk beds.
