Family with teen and young child, 2 dogs. Good location, clean, good communication. Only issue was there was only 1 door on the shower, water gets everywhere. Tried to keep it from spraying all over.
Walked into the first room booked (3), immediately we check the beds etc to ensure we are staying somewhere clean. Once the first sheet was lifted off the first bed, there was dried blood and pee stains everywhere. Same with the second bed in that room. Dirty floors, bath tub looked like it hadn’t been scrubbed in forever. Hair and dirt on the walls. Talked to property manager and he said that he has another room next door open and it won’t be like this one. We get in, lift the sheets and immediately see more dried pee stains on the sheets. Property manager says how it’s the cleaning lady and lining peoples faults and that he’s firing the cleaning lady etc. At this point we asked for a refund, which was the only good thing out of this whole experience. This place literally completely ruined my vacation as we drove 4 hours just to get there and deal with this. No other place was open to stay in for the weekend so we had to drive right back home. I have picture proof of everything stated above also. This is absurd and absolutely ridiculous. This was supposed to be a vacation for my aunt and I to get away and relax. I lost my cat last year on this date and this vacation was supposed to help me get away from home and not think about my babies death, instead this place made it a complete and utter disaster.
