About this property

Loft in the heart of Heidelberg

The apartment is situated in the perfect spot between University Square and Castle.

On the lower level there is a double bedroom, living room with cable-tv, fully equipped kitchen and a toilet. In the attic you will find an open area with a double bed and a very small separate room with 2 single mattresses. On that level there is also a bathroom with a shower and a WC.
The apartment comes with a spacious private terrace with weber grill and a beautiful view over the 'Altstadt'.
Other amenities - all free of charge of course - are W-Lan, a set of linen and towels and parking in our own garage.....
where you might as well leave your car for a while if you brought it along. Because you just turn left outside of the house and take a 5 minutes walk to the university square which is right in the middle of the 'Altstadt'. Or you turn right - 5 minutes to the castle.

Enjoyed a return to Heidelberg
A very quaint loft and situated nicely for exploring the old town Heidelberg. Lots of steps but worth the climb! Volker was very accomodating and helpful in many ways!! Enjoyed our stay very much!!!

Wonderful Stay with a View
The location and layout of this house is fantastic. Kitchen is cozy but has all you’d want for a stay of several days: dishes, cookware, coffee machine, dishwasher. Perfect for a family with up to 3 or 4 children - there is a lovely loft room with shower (great water pressure). Bonus points for a variety of games and books in the living room. Thanks for the great stay!

Heidelberg haven
We had an excellent stay here. It is very close to the Christmas markets, restaurants, shops and the Heidelberg castle. We used the garage for our car rental; it was tight and the street is quite busy at times. The many flights of stairs (66 if you're counting) would be very difficult for anyone with heavy bags and mobility issues.

So muss es sein!
In allen Belangen gab es nichts zu beanstanden. Vor allem die Kommunikation, die Menge an Informationen und die Lage des Objekts stachen heraus! Wenn wir noch einmal nach Heidelberg kommen, ist diese Unterkunft auf alle Fälle ganz oben auf der Liste!

Sehr nette Unterkunft
Für sechs Erwachsene etwas eng (für große Personen wären die Betten möglicherweise zu eng unterm Dach) aber gemütlich, in bester Lage, sympatisch eingerichtet, sehr netter Empfang.

Die Ferienwohnung ist wunderbar gemütlich und sehr schön eingerichtet. Alles ist vorhanden und sehr sauber. Die Lage der Wohnung ist mit der Nähe zur Bushaltestelle optimal gewesen. Auch der zur Wohnung gehörende Parkplatz war ein absoluter Pluspunkt! Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter ist unkompliziert und sehr freundlich gewesen. Ich werde sicherlich wiederkommen!

Entspannter Kurzurlaub
Wir hatten ein paar sehr schöne Tage in der Ferienwohnung. Alles was man braucht war da. Man muss nur wirklich gut zu Fuß sein, da es schon einige recht steile Stufen sind über die man zur Wohnung gelangt. Wenn man das ist kann man hier einen sehr schönen Urlaub verleben.

Tolles Ambiente und perfekte Lage
Wir waren zu fünft für 3 Nächte für eine Sportveranstaltung in Heidelberg. Von der Kommunikation bis hin zum Begrüßungsgetränk war es die perfekte Unterkunft. Sehr gemütlich, liebevoll eingerichtet, tolle Terrasse und alles sehr sauber und praktisch. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und der Vermieter war sehr entgegenkommend und gastfreundlich. Ich würde jederzeit wieder buchen.

Schöne Wohnung und netter Gastgeber
Es war sehr schön in der Wohnung. Es gab ausreichend Schlafmöglichkeiten und man hat eine tolle Aussicht. Außerdem ist es super gelegen. Man kommt schnell in die Stadt und zum Schloss zu Fuß. Können wir nur empfehlen

Wir sind „Wiederholungstäter“ und wie immer begeistert. Ja, die Wohnung ist etwas in die Tage gekommen, aber der Charme, die Lage und der tolle Vermieter machen das locker zur Nebensache. Zur Begrüßung nette Worte und ein kaltes Bier im Kühlschrank, gute Raumaufteilung und ein zauberhaftes Ambiente der Wohnung lassen uns sicher wiederkommen.

Super Lage. Sehr netter zuvorkommender Vermieter. Wohnung jedoch abgewohnt, Schlafgelegenheiten für 6 Erwachsene grenzwertig, das Doppelbett im OG ist unter einer Dachschräge, die sehr niedrig wird, und das abgetrennte Zimmer winzigst mit Palettenbetten. Toilette unten ohne Waschbecken. Kühlschrank als Willkommensservice gefüllt, Wohnzimmer und Terrasse gemütlich.

Es war im gesamten gesehen alles gut und wie beschrieben, die Übergabe sowie die Rückgabe war sehr gut, einfach und auf vertrauen, aufgebaut. Einzig die Angabe der Größe der Wohnung in qm war ein „Wenig“ großzügig bemessen. Die Kopfhöhe im Obergeschoss sollte man realistisch angeben. Es gibt bestimmt auch mal grössere Menschen, die es dann nicht so gelassen hinnehmen. LG. Dieter Schaaf

Eine super Unterkunft mit einem total sympathischen Vermieter…Bestes Gimmick ist natürlich die Zapfanlage samt vom Vermieter besorgten Fass!
