Welcome to your sunny get away. This quaint, dog friendly, home is perfect to gather & entertain friends & family. Grill out while enjoying the hot tub & fenced in backyard. Located 3 short miles to Englewood beach & the gorgeous island of Boca Grande is only a 15 min drive. Bring your boat & launch at the numerous boat ramps as close as 1 mile away. The home is equipped with 2 bicycles, 4 beach chairs, beach wagon & an umbrella. It’s a fantastic location for dining & shopping as well.
