Description:
Just driving up to this 2,433 sq. ft. custom, luxury home lets you know you're in for a treat. Between the shuffleboard and game table is a door leading to the back deck which houses a large stainless steel NRX gas barbecue. Your view includes nothing but gorgeous national forest land. A picnic-style table and lounges make enjoying the deck a breeze. A wall-style door separates you from the hot tub off the primary. The home has a garage with bikes and room for one car.

Level 1:
Downstairs, there are three bedrooms including a 2nd primary that has a 3/4 bathroom with hallway access. The primary Bedroom has a king bed and flat-screen TV with Blu-Ray and cable. An exterior door will lead you to a private ground floor deck.

The other two bedrooms are joined by a Jack and Jill bath. Bedroom one has a Queen while the second bedroom has a King bed..

Level 2:
The upstairs primary with king-size sleigh bed, matching dresser style nightstands, a flat-screen TV with cable, and a door leading to the hot tub on the deck.

Living:
The living area is covered in hardwood floors and has a Pub Style game table with seating for four featuring chess and checkers and offers a mat for card games. Sitting over the stone set gas fireplace is a 65" 4K TV and Yamaha sound system plus cable.

Kitchen/Dining:
Granite countertops compliment the custom wood cabinetry accentuated with stainless steel appliances. Inset into the island is an electric GE Profile range with 5 burners. The kitchen is partially lit by the skylight and front windows giving you a lot of natural light. A few steps from the living area is the dining table with seating for eight.

Recreation Access: This home does NOT include Recreation Plus Passes. Guests can access the SHARC pool, Tennis Courts, Pickleball, and Disc Golf at their own cost, pay at the gate. See the SHARC website for full details and pricing.
