We have three pre-arrival requirements that must be completed before you will receive your check-in instructions. A secure link to enter this information will be provided upon confirmation of your booking:
1. ID Verification: Please provide an approved government issued ID.
2. Refundable Security Deposit: We will place a $500 pre-authorized hold on your credit card the day before you arrive to cover any accidental property damage that may occur. That hold will be released shortly after you check out.
3. Rental Agreement: Please eSign our rental agreement. This covers any additional property specific information.
