Is your idea of a vacation sitting on the beach with a good book, lounging by the pool or sitting on the balcony listening to the waves crash and watching the sunset? Perhaps it's more of an action filled vacation. Parasailing, swimming, concerts, shopping or dining and dancing. Whatever your dream vacation, it awaits you here at Phoenix X Unit 912.
Phoenix X offers lots of amenities including a huge outdoor swimming pool, kiddie pool, gazebos, BBQ Grills, large indoor heated pool and with 3 jetted hot tubs. All pools overlook the Gulf. The complex also offers lighted tennis courts, raquet ball, weightroom & sauna. The lobby is great for relaxing and has free wi-fi, coffee and newspaper stands. There is 24 hour security and a private covered parking garage.
We are constantly updating our condo which is located on the 9th floor. The balcony offers a panoramic view of the Gulf. You can also enjoy the view from the living room and master bedroom since each has floor to ceiling patio doors leading onto the balcony.
The living room has a sleeper sofa, blu ray dvd player, flat screen television, and stereo system.
The kitchen is fully equipped. You should find all the gadgets you would find at home. We have both a regular coffee pot and a Keurig. The dining table seats 6 plus 2 bar stools at the breakfast bar.
The master bedroom features a King size bed, dresser, flat screen television and 2 bedside tables with reading lamps. A large vanity/dressing area leads into the bathroom.
The guest bedroom has 2 queen size beds, flat screen tv, blu ray DVD, dresser & night stand with reading lamp. The guest bedroom has it's own private bath.
The unit contains a stack washer and dryer complete with iron and ironing board for your convience.
All linens and towels are provided. Bring your beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys and come have fun! Beach chair and umbrella rentals are available on the beach through Ike's Beach Service. Check their website for rates.

This condo was just as shown and we felt right at home. The balcony furniture was nice and comfortable, and we were grateful since we spent a lot of time out there. The kitchen was well equipped, the bed was comfortable and there isn't anything we would suggest to change. The ocean view and the 1 minute walk to Flora-bama cannot be beat! We would definitely stay here again!

Orange Beach condo
Had a wonderful time! This is our second year vacationing in Diana's condo. It is comfortable and very spacious. No problems at all. Very convenient to stores and anything else you'll want to do. Hoping this condo will be available next year when we go on vacation. Thank Diana

This is a nice condo that worked for our short vacation. The kitchen could use some updated pots and pans. The current ones are all scratched up. Having the sand toys and nets available was a nice bonus.

We enjoyed our stay. Property was exactly as it was listed. Everything was clean and neat. Location was great as it was within walking distance to the Flora Bama. Loved sitting on the balcony and listening to the waves. October is a great time to visit. Not as crowded. We had a minor issue with the TV and called the host at the cell phone number they provided. He called promptly and helped us resolve the issue. We would definitely stay here again.

The unit was nicely decorated and updated. We came down for the Eric Church concert and relaxing on the Beach. Being right next to the FloraBama was perfect for a quick lunch then back to the beach for the afternoon. Will definitely look for this unit on our next trip

What an adventure with our family and friends! Phoenix X is definitely a place we’d love to visit again. The lobby staff were friendly and answered all our questions upon arrival and our condo was PERFECT! Charming and updated with all the comforts of home. The beach and view from our balcony was very relaxing and our visits to Florabama were great. It was nice to be able to walk there from the beach. Their bushwackers are the bomb! We definitely plan to return again.

Everything was wonderful except that when we arrived the unit had not been cleaned. It took about 3 hours for the cleaning crew to get done with the unit. The contact person Diana was very responsive and we enjoyed the rest of our vacation without any problems.

My husband and I have always enjoyed traveling. Although we have been many places, we always find ourselves back to our favorite spot which is Orange Beach. We love the feeling of peace and relaxation that only the white, sandy beaches can offer. That's why we bought our unit here at Phoenix X. We wanted to be able to share the fun and relaxation of staying right on the beach. We are sure you will love it like we do!

What makes this property unique

There is nothing like watching the sun rise and set from the balcony, listening to the sound of crashing waves and enjoying quality time with friends and family. Of course, being right next door to the Famous Flora-Bama Lounge is a bonus too!
