***The apartment is located on the ground level of a larger modern luxury home. Guests have their own private entrance. There are no shared spaces.
***Although the entire space is one level, on the ground floor, our elevated lot requires ascending stairs to reach the entrance from the street.
***The home above is occupied by full time residents who are not available to assist guests. It is not often that you may see one another come and go, but we ask that guests please not disturb the residents, and they will do the same.
***Due to the apartment's location below the main house, there is the occasional potential for noise. Although the apartment is generally quiet, and the residents above adhere to quiet hours, it is possible to hear a reasonable level of movement or muffled voices from above. If a perfectly quiet environment, with no adjacent occupants is a must have, this space may not be a great fit for your stay.
***The landscaping is professionally maintained every two weeks by a local service. Please do not be alarmed if you see a landscaping crew outside during business days/hours.
***There are multiple exterior cameras for safety and surveillance of the outdoor areas of the property.
***The trampoline belongs to the upstairs residents and is NOT to be used by guests.
