Centrally Located Condo with Parking and Deck!
This condo is located with premier neighborhoods in all four directions. Very easy access to the expressway and subway. The train from O'Hare Airport drops you off just a few blocks away from the condo. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, shopping, arts/entertainment.
The front door opens into the main common area with a fireplace and comfortable living space. This leads to the dining area and kitchen with an open concept. There are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms on the main level. The level below has another large bedroom with an en suite bathroom. The lower level also has a large common space with a bar and projector/screen.
Guests have private access to the entire condo.
Parking for two vehicles is provided. Vehicles park tandem (bumper to bumper not side by side). Additional vehicles must have guest permits to park on the street. We can provide permits for up to two additional vehicles.
